    • The friendly and kind staff is the only good point of this hotel. They have been very helpful and tried to accommodate my needs.

    Cons -

    • Location is too far from the city center
    • The room is dirty, the moquette and curtains especially, there are stains all over. There are hair in the bed and shower. The common spaces are not taken care of.
    • The price of the room was quite expensive considering the location of the hotel. The room was old-fashioned and the breakfast didn't provide many options.

Breakfast was ok, stuff from the reception was helpful.

The hotel is very far away from the center, no public transport nearby, which was very uncomfortable, bed blankets weren't covered in linen. No slippers and bathrobes were provided in the superior room. Facilities is very old.

There was nice coffee machine in the room

the coffee at breakfast was terrible. I started Fan/aircon on night but my room then smelled a lot of smoke in the morning. Cigarette smoke in ventilation system.

A good breakfast buffet every morning even when the hotel had only 6 guests alltogether. Room size is decent, bed has a better-than-average mattress. The area the hotel is in is quiet but with no walking-distance shops or restaurants (true, the hotel has a "restaurant" where you have a few choices). They have a free parking garage under the hotel, high enough to accomodate mini-vans.

If you drive a car (we did) people are complaining about the last 100 yards/meters of road: I presume that's government's place to fix and it's not the most annoying. For years they've had an open Wi-Fi with issues, problematic, slow, and with issues: that would be a very simple issue to fix. Some (I repeat, some) of their personel are very cold and un-interested when/if you a problems: not a good combination for a hotel.

    Not suitable from exploring ancient...

Location is very far and isn't suitable to explore ancient Rome city by public transport. It's far away from hotel and have to connect multiple transport plus walking through unused ground or road. Little bit scary experience.

It’s was a nice hotel with friendly staff

Our Airconditioning didn’t work properly, tried to open a window for fresh air but they are shut closed.

    Lovely staff

The room facilities were disappointing. There was hardly anything provided to make drinks, and the TV was extremely outdated with only two English channels and no option to watch Netflix. The swimming pool never got any sun, parking was overpriced at €14 per day, and the food was ridiculously expensive—especially frustrating given the hotel’s remote location with no alternatives nearby. I would not recommend staying here and would not return. The only positive was the very friendly staff.

    3ShaafiPosted on: 8-28-2025

The swimming pool and the lobby and the staff were kind.

I have already reviewed earlier as I also booked another night after returning from another location. All in all it was a bit of a disappointment. The location is very bad and it was not a very clean or comfortable room.

    3ShaafiPosted on: 8-28-2025

It had a swimming pool and the lobby area was fairly nice.

The room itself was very smelly, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress were both filthy and made me feel sick. There was only a very light and small sheet to cover these mattresses which kept rolling off in the middle of the night. The bathroom wasn't very clean. Everything had grime and dirt on it and it was all outdated and there was also a nasty smell in the bathroom. The only nice thing in there was the rituals shampoo and shower gel!

    Good breakfast, good night sleep.

The location was remote and the walkway to the hotel from the road was dark. Hotel is only accessible by car. Limited dinner menu for a week stay on work.

    8RenePosted on: 8-21-2025

    It was clean.

The location is not as expected. Outside Rome, 1.7km walk from a bus stop. The area looks abandoned and not take care of.

The only reason to stay here is if you're driving through late at night with small children and there's no where else to stay :D

Nasty. This hotel is run down, old, cramped rooms, noisy and it took staff over 30 minutes to bring a cot to the room when checking in at midnight (30 mins is a long time for a baby that needs to go to bed). Stay elsewhere unless you get in late and will leave early in the morning and you need a place close to the highway.

    8FrankPosted on: 8-16-2025

    Clean, comfortable, pleasant staff.

Breakfast was confusing. Only wanted a croissant and coffee. Difficult to communicate.

    9SantoPosted on: 8-13-2025

Since we were with a car we were close to all the main attractions. And 10 min from a major shopping center and also a indoor parking at hotel

That it was in a shady area

Decent location, good staff, plenty of parking

Dinner wasn’t the best, undercooked chicken and then waited an age for it to be sorted
