- Very clean and hotel in very good condition. Good lighting and overall presentation of hotel was very positive. Excellent front desk staff. Very happy with experience.
- The front Office Manager was exceptional in every way from greeting us at the door, finding the best most economical places to eat , and to upgrading us to a ground floor garden balcony room. Five stars to him!
Cons -
- Only leaving it, we should have allowed several more days there in the heart of Rome.
- Spotty wifi and the neighbourhood isn't the best, but it's very close to the main train station which is super useful!
- Hotel is in quiet but dark street and little farther from the Rome sights and attractions.

Wonderful staff! Great service, felt like a four star without the pool. Nice breakfast, cools rooms, albeit small, with character.

Larger room size with upgraded bathroom. Hotel and bedroom is clean with comfortable bed. Nice small garden at the back. Very good breakfast selection. They even have hot scrambled eggs. I would stay here again.

The location and the men behind the front desk who were professional and always helpful and cheerful. Talked more to the morning/daytime staff person who impressed my husband and myself with his abilities to speak many languages and his cordiality.
Our room was stuffy. Rooms around the garden area are quieter. We were facing the street and high school.
Charming, quiet atmosphere. Wonderful staff.
Great staff that was eager to help!
