- The staff were amazing! So friendly and helpful. Especially hotel employee who went above and beyond to assist us with travel options for positano. She even went out of her way on her day off to organize transport for us. Great location, would definitely go back.

- Unsafe hotel. The staff leaves all doors unlocked for anyone to come in. They touch ALL YOUR THINGS. We had property stolen from our room and the owners were nowhere to be found. They refuse to take responsibility even tho they promised to compensate.
