- The staff were extremely helpful and nice. The location was close to the train, but difficult to locate.
- I recently stayed at Beauty Palace Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated. One of the hotel’s strongest points is its excellent location. It is only a 3-minute walk from Roma Termini Railway Station, Rome’s main transportation hub. This makes it very convenient for trains, buses, and airport connections. There are also nearby shops and a commercial centre with a variety of stores and places offering delicious food. However, I was slightly disappointed because the room did not fully match the pictures shown on the hotel’s website at the time of booking. Although the room was very clean, the building itself is quite old, and the overall appearance felt different from what was advertised. Additionally, I stayed during winter and had difficulty heating the room properly, which made the nights colder than expected.I have uploaded my own photos with this review so future guests can compare them with the website images and make their own decision.Overall, I would recommend this hotel for short stays of a couple of days, particularly for travelers looking for an affordable option in a very central and convenient location. - The location was the best feature.
Cons -
- The breakfast was subpar even for a hostel. The host offered us extra croissants, but I was bummed. Our other hostels had fresh fruit, cheese, and coffee for less expensive and nicer room. My other complaint was finding the place.
- During my stay at Beauty Palace Hotel, there were several aspects I did not particularly like. The bed was quite small, and the bed linen and pillows were not very comfortable. The television in the bedroom was also very small and did not work properly. Additionally, the minibar was not functioning. The bathroom was quite small as well; however, on the positive side, the bathroom it was very clean and the shower worked properly and provided warm water, which was appreciated.
- I never write reviews, but this was awful. They charged me 30 euros for being 6 minutes early to check in. The towels they provided were stained (including the replacement towels). The shower ran cold with weak pressure and equity with a shower curtain that allowed water to spill onto the very small bathroom floor. The ceiling had red stains on it and there was tape holding the TV together. The room smelt very strongly of soap/chemical - maybe to cover up the sewage smell referenced in earlier comments. The staff replaced the shower curtain but made no efforts to make the stay comfortable. When asked to replace the shower towels that were stained, the front staff said they only had hand towels and that the bath towels were located upstairs as if that wasn't a trip they were willing to make. After accepting the hand towels and realizing they were also stained, the staff was quiet and passive when replacing the towels.

It’s located right close to the Roma Termini ( central train station) and some historical sites within minutes walking.
the internet connection was very bad, didn’t work at all, the bathroom is terrible: you go under the shower and within 3 min the entire bathroom is wet, cause there is no blockage. they gave me only one tower, no hand tower and was difficult to sleep as people are always making noise.
The location
The bathroom too small the showers, it get all wet, and the smell coming out of it
Very spacious room, had a balcony which was nice, fridge and enough space to store clothes in wardrobes and drawers, good location, very quiet which is nice when the street is so loud, staff very polite and friendly, brought up a heater for us since the rooms were cold at night as we stayed in December
Small bathroom, bathroom sometimes smelt like sewage from the drains
Nice personnel. Clean room and fast wifi
Stinky bathroom smelling like sewers sometimes. No hot water for shower in the evening \
On the second evening, when we returned to the hotel, we found the door to our room open. We barely closed it so we could sleep more peacefully. I am attaching a picture of the lock as we found it. The room number is 509. The location is great.
The location was good
Bathroom small From the shower too the toilet the space is 3cm Small bed The hotel says is 2 stars but the experience is a half star
The location was great, close to the station, and the room was very clean and comfortable
The touristic tax was too expensive, 10 euros per person
Great location, walkable to every destination you need to see, metro station right outside , spacious room
Using too much chemicals to clean it smelled a lot of chemicals
This place is great, especially if you're taking an early train from Termini, as it's only 2 blocks from the station. Relatively cheap by Rome standards. There are also good bars and restaurants very nearby.
The area covered by the shower curtain also includes the toilet and did not stop the entire bathroom from getting wet. This wasn't an issue for me, because I was only there for a night, but it might have been if I had been staying longer.
Good location and comfy
The shower didn’t work properly to get the right temperature, or was getting frizzing cold or very hot, nearly burning
The location was the best feature.

location
small shower, small toilet, when you have a shower the whole bathroom gets wet and messy.

The location is good, close to the Termini station. Everything was quite clean, polite staff. Definitely worth the price. I was before in Rome in other accomodation and no mather price all the accomodations are old like this one. Generally we liked it.
Nothing special.
No breakfast (I knew this was the case) but there are myriad shops where I bought breakfast / food within minutes walk (Carrefour on Via del Viminale had everything we needed / Tigre on Via Gioberti closer but smaller (opens at 0800)) - location excellent for restos / markets and Termini and onward travel. Area felt safe and lively for dining al fresco. Recommend Binnario 37 / Trattoria Cecio right on the doorstep.
Bathroom a little small
Price and location
The bathroom is too small.
The place was very central, the room was very comfortable, and it was very easy to communicate with the staff at all times.
