Pros +
- Great location. Staff was super nice and friendly. Facilities are well maintained.
- Everything about this hotel is fantastic, location bust steps from many attractions restaurants and markets, superClean rooms and the best of all the staff was exceptional! I highly recommended cloud 7
- The hotel was located near tourist attractions in a safe, pedestrian-friendly area. The room was modern, furnished minimally, with a comfortable mattress. The bathroom was spacious. The staff were friendly and attentive.
Cons -
- Bed sheets went loose all the time.
- There were no towel bars in the bathroom to hang up towels. Also, my husband had a hard time shaving well because of low lighting in the mirror area. Also, some of the dual light switches did not work well.
- Just an opinion; maybe for a more fresh feeling the bed sheets could be changed for stays that are more than 3-4+ days.

Perfect location, super friendly staff, cleanest facility and much more. This is everything you’d hope for your Rome trip. We’ll definitely stay at Cloud 7 Roma when we’re back again.

Location, staff super friendly and helpful.
The noise from the street is a problem the staff is aware of as well. The location is THE advantage of the hotel, but along with it comes the noise.
Location is Extremely recommended
Nothing, everything was great, location, clean, comfortable and friendly staff
Location
Very uncomfortable mattress and pillows. For the price rooms were super small. No place to even walk or proper closet
Convenient to most of the popular tourist spots, food, drinks, etc. Property is clean. Room has the basics covered.
The shower, while the idea of a rain showerhead is nice, it is situated to where water splashes into the main floor, no vent in bathroom, fridge didn't keep things cold. Step up in room is tricky at night when you are tired.
Excellent, friendly and quite helpful staff (including Restuarant staff). They made me feel at ease and comfortable as this was a solo trip for me. It is central. Easily accessible to public transport.I highly recommend Cloud 7.
I booked a single bed (I didn't have working space in my room). I like my comfort so that was my own doing. Nothing I didn't like about the hotel itself.
