J Maluni City Hotel

Nice neightboard, good location, nice staf. Very good accomodation

The hotel is located in an area full of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets. Less than a twenty-minute drive to the Vatican. The staff at the hotel are so kind and nice. The rooms are decorated to the standard of a five-star hotel. The room was well equipped. Shampoo, body soap, slippers, refrigerator, toothpaste, toothbrushes, electric kettle, espresso machine We highly recommend it with all our hearts, don't think twice. I will definitely return to this hotel.

The hotel is perfect

Big rooms. Very comfortable beds. Big shower room. Modern. Wifi was good.

Loud. The walls ere thin and you could hear people constantly. Safe code got blockedOn its own and to call twice to get staff. The rooftop bar was advertised in the website, but on day one was told it will open the next day. The next day was informed it is undergoing renovations.

It’s close to metro and bus stop. And it’s a walking distance to Tiburtina trem station. There is a lot of place to eat. I recommend to try Trapizzino, Ristorante Belli e Brilli and Fornace Stella - Piazza Lecce. The staff is really nice and polite.

The room isn’t sound proof. If you have difficulty to sleep with noise, it isn’t the best option.

Fresh, modern, clean and convenient. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the gym is great and the rooms are excellent.

The location isn’t in the middle but you take a bus and you’re in the middle of everything in 15 mins. The area was really nice. The place is so nice having disposable cups brought the taste level down. 2 glass cups and a spoon would go a long way.

Instead of an iron they gave us a 10$ cheap steamer that drips water and doesn’t work properly.Also when we called and asked for towels they said we should come get them from reception!!! Makes no sense for a “4 star hotel”! The AC doesn’t work that wellThe housekeeping doesn’t renew towels

The hotel is new and clean. The staff is very nice and friendly. The rooms are isolated so you don't hear noise from outside. Very wepl connected. 5 mins walk from Metro stations and bus stop just outside the hotel.

This was a perfect experience all-around.Beautiful building, modern rooms, well equipped, confortable beds, incredible bathroom, extremely nice and professional staff, easy to access by car, far enough from the tourist-loaded districts but with public transport close by to go to the city centre. Thanks a lot ! I'll come back

Almost nothing negative to say. Except maybe their partner's parking which has a very very steep entrance, so if your car is low, it will simply not clear and you'll have to park in the street or another parking nearby.

We had the pleasure of staying at J Maluni City Hotel, and I must say it was a good experience. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist Armin, made us feel welcomed. His warm smile and helpful attitude set a positive tone for our stay. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

1.Beds were not very comfortable2.The cleaners did not change the towels that were on the floor but put them back on the racks. Also did not provide other toilet paper unless asked 3.Water pressure in shower is non existing (extremely low) and also there was not always hot water even after running the tap for 5-8 minutes4.The area has trees so we did have a few bugs in the room5. Walls were dusty

you need to be carefull while entering hotel, as next to doors there stairs in the same color what floor below, so it is easy to fall down

The design of the rooms were awesome. It was clean and modern.

We ran into an issue with the hot water twice. While I was taking a shower, the hot water stopped after the first 3–4 minutes, and I had to finish showering with cold water.Our rooms number was 406 if that would help you

Great modernish hotel with very nice service. Overall clean premises and the room was very comfortable. Daily cleaning. Many crocery stores, cafes and pubs in walking distance. Closest bus stop around the corner and metro stop at Bologna is three blocks away.

Nice service. Very nice rooftop bar. Gym not very big but functional. Room better than expected, modern and very clean. Pretty close to Piazza Bologna where metro B goes, also close to Tiburtina station.

Room not very well soundproofed, lot of sounds both from the corridor and the street.
