It’s a small and cozy room, probably not fit for more than a couple.

The room was a little bit small. But we were outside most of the day to see the perfect Rome.

It may be small but, the cleanliness, atmosphere and proximity to shopping and sites made up for it! Loved the nostalgic Santal scent in the elevator. I had to look for Dr Vranjes hand wash they provided to take me back in time visiting Rome!

Constructive feedback: We had to open the window when we first got in due to the strong room fragrance used which made us a bit nauseaus. Please use a diffuser next time instead of spray. There was a also a trick opening the window. It got disjointed and could've caused an accident.

The shower stall was a bit small making it difficult to shower properly but nothing that would warrant a detrimental review.

Location was great. Neat and tidy rooms.

The hallway from the elevator to the room is quite narrow, so it’s a bit tricky to move large luggage through. The room faced an inner courtyard which was quiet but not scenic.

This boutique hotel has an unbeatable location right by the Spanish Steps and a beautifully designed interior — stylish, cozy, and full of charm. I loved the overall aesthetic and the convenience of being so close to everything.

Unfortunately, cleanliness was a letdown. The rug in the room was noticeably dirty, and the towels and sheets didn’t feel as fresh as expected. With better housekeeping, this place could easily be a five-star stay.

The location is great, the single room is spacious and has everything you need.

top location on Via Dei Condotti, right by the Spanish Stairs. clean junior suite with an eclictic oriental style. excellent service with a very personal touch.

Great value considering the location. Room was a good size. Staff were very friendly and responsive via WhatsApp. They also facilitated an early check-in, which we really appreciated. The cleaner was also fantastic and went above and beyond.

We would’ve appreciated a safe or lock box for our valuables, but other than that no complaints.

Very uniquely designed property in the absolute center of the touristy area. If you want to be in the center of it all and walking distance to most of the main attractions, this is the place for you. The room and bed were very comfortable. Bathroom is small, but expected for Rome and still functional.

The sound insulation between rooms seems good but the room to hallway insulation is almost non-existent. This isn't really a problem unless some other guests are loud.The pre check-in communication was friendly but a little chaotic. I think some of that blame goes to booking.com.

Room was lovely. Self entry Old cage elevator a big uncomfortable.. no one around!! Decor in room very pretty and quiet.. stone silent on a busy street at Spanish steps. A rather unusual experience for a hotel. Loved the quiet and decor. Staff were very accommodating!Would stay again now that I am accustomed to entry.

I loved staying at the Couper Condotti. Alessia gave me an exceptional welcome and was very helpful to me my entire stay; from showing me how the lift works, getting Vatican tickets, taxi to the airport, to name a few. The location is wonderful; make a right turn and you are right at the Spanish steps, high end shops and fabulous restaurants. it is so much to do in the area if you can get out of the most comfortable bed. I did not want to leave and it will always be my choice when I visit Rome.

Location and style was great. Elevator was vintage and cool.As for minuses - the size of the room - it was too small and the view from the window was to another wall of the building

The property is literally just 2 minutes from the Spanish steps , in walking distance to everything in Rome center . There are some great restaurants in the area and even though it is located in such a popular area , the room wasn’t noisy at all .We enjoyed the fresh design of the rooms, a mixture of vintage and modern textures and furniture , equipped with all needed facilities ( water and coffee capsules restocked each day as well).Highly appreciated Alessia , who made our stay even more pleasant with the tips on things to visit near by and thoughtful instructions for access and assistance.

Excellent location, very pleasant staff, beautifully unique rooms.

The bathroom could be cleaner, otherwise there is nothing to complain about.
