The Glam

It was clean and in the city center. Restaurants near hotel.

The mattress in the room was so hard and we coukd feel the springs. It made for two very uncomfortable nights.

We stayed in the Rome Glam hotel for 5 nights in April 2022. It was an easy walk from the train station, and was located in the heart of Rome. It was also an easy to walk to many of the major sites in Rome. Highly recommend!

Good location and the front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful

The bathroom door did not close totally and was made of glass so you could see the shadow of the person in the bathroom. Also the shower was on the opposite side of the bathroom which was weird.

The Glam was everything we expected from the photos on the hotel site & more. Breakfast menu was far better than expected it was self service and eat as much or little wanted. the roof garden was lovely for all day use. we did not use the sauna.

Bathroom stunk throughout the stay. A Suite room was really a regular room. We paid an extra 40 euro/night for another family member to stay in the same room, but hotel didn't leave extra towels etc. Would not recommend nor return to the hotel

The staff was very nice. And welcoming. The room was excellent. You get free first drink at the bar on the roof with nice view. And the room net is free. Good brakefest.

The parking situation in Rome is difficult. You need to be notified that you can't enter the restricted zone without a pass. The hotel told us the parking garage will have one but they told us the hotel should have one. The hotel concierges got us one.

We liked the elegant modern design. The location is excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful without being overly solicitous (which is a common problem in hotels these days). Also loved the roof deck.

We would have liked a door separating the bathroom from the bedroom area. My husband and I have somewhat different sleep schedules, and the lack of separation made sleep difficult in those times when one of us was awake and the other not.

Amazing location, breakfast, staff. Spacious & clean room, but would have preferred if bathroom had a separation/door from the room. Service/food at breakfast was fantastic, much better than the other hotels we stayed at in Florence & Venice. Nice terrace

Air conditioning control could be better. If we left it on, it kept blowing cold air all the time (did not stop), so it was freezing cold, despite trying to adjust the temperature. We had to turn it off at night, but then would wake up in a stuffy room.

I cannot say nicer things about this hotel. The rooms were nice. The staff was curtious & helpful. The room came with a free cellphone-- to make free calls, find good restaurants, and tickets. With a big breakfast in the morning.
