- We stayed at the hotel in the very heart of Rome, and it was the perfect location. Everywhere we went to shop or explore, we could easily stop by the hotel to drop off our bags and continue our day which made the whole experience so convenient and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Andrea, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. He helped us with our rooms, carried our luggage, explained everything we needed to know, and always made sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. Andrea made us feel at home, not just like hotel guests.Thank you, Andrea and see you next time in Rome! ✨
Cons -
- Noisy neighbours woke us up early...but nothing to do with the hotel really.
- The bathroom flooded, possibly because the shower screen fitting was not waterproof. We had some difficulty with the electrical sockets.

Excellent location and staff, ideal for a sightseeing visit. Clean compact room with coffee and tea, as well as a safe. Desk staff spoke fluent English and were helpful with all queries.

- Location: The hotel is placed at the centre of Rome, 7 minutes from Piazza de Spagna. We went everywhere on foot, apart from the day we visited the Colloseum, where we took the metro (located at Piazza de Spagna). - Room: the room had satisfactory space for us and our luggages, and had everything we needed. On the plus, the small balcony, which is great to sit and relax for travellers visiting the city from spring until autumn. Also the balcony and the window allow natural light to enter the room.- Breakfast: European breakfast which can cover all needs. On the plus, the Christmas treats (panetone, biscuits), which were very tasty!- Christmas welcome: Hotel kindly placed Christmas treats in our room, to celebrate Christmas day (Prosecco and Panettone). This was much appreciated and made our stay more pleasant!- Personnel was really kind and helped us on everything we needed. Overall, our stay was really nice and it is highly recommended!
Breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly, and extremely helpful!
The power outlets are standard European style, not ideal for US travelers. There should also be outlets in the guest room, but there weren't any. It became a challenge for my kids to plug in their cell phones/ computers.
Nice and cozy hotel. Clean and seems to have been recently renovated. Location is right in the center walking distance to most main attractions. Staff and especially the owners are super friendly and willing to assist for any need.
Can't think of anything
Ultra friendly staff, good breakfast, good room. Perfect communication with bus and walking distance.
Not related with the hotel itself but the area can be too crowded on weekends, so expect very , vey busy streets around the place.
The location, the terrace, the room, the staff
The stairs
The hotel was absolutely wonderful. Everything was spotless and always smelled fresh and clean. The front desk staff were lovely, welcoming and very helpful, which really made the stay feel comfortable. The room was cleaned daily and the atmosphere was warm and pleasant. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around. A charming and cozy boutique hotel, highly recommended.
Very central place , the hosts were wonderful and helpful. The rooms are lovely.
Very basic breakfast. We slept at the same floor of the reception which was close to the public toilet room and we could hear everything.
Place is in near to other attractions. It is clean. Staff are all welcoming and approachable. The room is very nice.
Location between Trevi fountain and Pantheon - just around the corner from main shopping area in Via Del Corso - so perfect for walking to all the iconic sites.Service extremely efficient and friendly. Breakfast room is very small but great food choices.
Note that you will need to be ok with stairs. While the very small lift will take you up the 4 floors to reception, there is another flight of stairs to walk up to the rooms. The main courtyard entrance is in a very poor state (could be so lovely). This is likely the building’s shared area (ie not belonging to the hotel).Small hotel so no bar or dining.
+ excellent location with most attractions within 2 km+ very friendly hotel staff+ good breakfasts
- noise from neighboring rooms
Location is perfect, staff so friendly and helpful breakfast top notch, overall a fantastic experience. The lady serving breakfast was wonderful as was everyone on the 24hr reception desk.
Absolute nothing.
This is a beautiful boutique hotel, right in the centre of Rome, but surprisingly quiet, with a common terrace and beautifully updated rooms. Our room actually had its own private terrace as well. Breakfast was excellent with many options, even gluten-free. The staff are all very friendly, kind, and so helpful. Wonderful place!
Nothing -- this was a perfect little gem of a hotel.
The location is great, breakfast is good, the room was small but clean and there were outlets on both sides of the bed.
The access to the hotel, which is on the fourth and fifth floors of the building is quite difficult. You can use the stairs or a tiny elevator where only two people with small carry on luggage or one person with two medium size suitcases can fit. The room and bath are very small.
