Cons -
- They did try to charge us breakfast even though we didnâ≢t have it. Once we brought it to their attention they took it off no problem.
- We tried adjusting the a/c, would not allow. Went to front office and first guy was extremely rude and said "tomorrow"..guess that meant I needed to ask someone else. Next day front office guy said a/c wasn't working. Then after I said we were uncomfortable in our room, he asked what I wanted and then replied "I'll think about it". What the hell does that mean? Terrible front staff.
- Most of the staff that we met were very kind and helpful but specially one guy was very disrespectful he didn't take care of nothing, seems that he was angry and instead of attend people arriving he was on call laughing very loud, the hotel should review the kind of people that is hired for this good hotel

It was close to everything, walkable to most of the tourist attractions. They have the biggest room, compared to all the rooms we stayed in Italy. We look forward to breakfast every morning. We will definitley stay here again.
Beautiful room, delicious breakfast, nice friendly staff, excellent location - overall highly recommend.
We loved the breakfast and the staff in the breakfast area were incredible. LOVED the location of this hotel.

Great location. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Best pizza ever just down the street. Promenade around the corner. Walking distance to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps.
Breakfast buffet not very appealing. Very small room with only a few food selections.
Clean and updated. Dtaff was great, rooftop lounge
It is in a very busy area with tons of tourists
Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, quiet but close to everything.
Location , breakfast and staff
Ok, I'm going to sound like a snob here but this was my first time ever to stay at a 3 star hotel. But as it was business and my three nights at the Hotel Regno cost the same as a single night at any of the neighboring 4/5 star properties, I decided to try it. The value for money proved to be exceptional. It was a large and wellappointed room with very nice bathroom. And but for the fact that the room was in desperate need of a bit of painting here and there it was perfect. And in all fairness the manager the following day offered to switch my room for one that was in perfect condition, but I was just too lazy to move. BUT NOW COMES THE BEST PART! Omg. The location can only be described as PERFECT. There was absolutely nothing that anyone could possibly want to do or see in Rome that couldn't be reached in a walk of 15 minutes or less. Surely the first time I've been in a city for 3 days and never thought once to take a taxi. Anywhere. All the staff was professional and friendly. And the breakfast, included with the room was very nice and served on a charming roof top terrace level. Overall a great experience.
The personal was wonderful. I wrote a message asking for early check in and the front desk person named Irosh answered sooner than expected. At our arrival he greed us and was able to grant us the early check in. Very nice with excellent customer service. The hotel is centrally located with most of the attractions and Via del Corso shopping area near by. I will definitely come back to this hotel!
Breakfast choices was limited. I wish the terrace would stay open passed 10:30pm.
location, close to everything (Trevi Fountain, Pantheon), room for 4 people was spacious and beds were comfortable.
the rooftop cafe’s outdoor seating needs a few tidying and minor upkeep. Some of the seating area were covered and outdoor space used for storage instead of having an inviting area to sit outside.
We stayed here and the Spanish steps and we actually found this place to be better located for doing a lot of exploring around Rome. The property offers a good quality breakfast and the rooms are modern
Probably a bit on the end for pricing but Rome is Rome.
Very good rooms and perfect location.
The reception could be better .
Location ! It cant be better. They arranged transportation for us from the airport and breakfast was excellent
The hotel was located close to all the famous places, but the hotel was very different from the photos.
The soundproofing was poor and the atmosphere was dark, making it not a good place for families to stay.
Location, air conditioning, value for money. 4th time staying at Hotel Reno.
It was a beautiful property. It was super clean. It was safe with codes needed to enter. The views of the canal and the basilica were exceptional! The owner was responsive at all times. The air conditioning was great. We loved our visit and would definitely return.
Can’t say anything was bad at all. We really enjoyed it!
