Hotel Patria

We were so surprised to see such a large room and bathroom this close to the airport. We slept like a baby and enjoyed a great shower. The staff was excellent helping us find our destinations.

Carpet was old and dirty. Room was very small. I couldn¿t hardly fit in the tiny shower.

It was bigger than I expected and I loved it! It had charm and the staff was very nice and helpful.

There were some fun color changing lights above the bed and in the bathroom, but I was unable to figure out how to change the colors.

The location is stellar. The staff are very friendly.

The photos shown for the hotel are for a modern updated room. The reality is the "Standard" rooms are in the old section that has ancient stained carpet and haven't been updated in decades. They need to show to old rooms as well to be honest.

The location is good if you're using Termini, but find another hotel.

This hotel is old and is basically falling apart. There was an old radio installed into the wall of my room and there was an outlet converter just for the standard Italian outlets, that's how out-of-date it was. The shower is claustraphobic.

Staff at the desk was amazing he went above and beyond to help me out in a difficult situation I would say he was the most important asset of the hotel Also the breakfast was the best I have had in a hotel

A very clean and well-maintained room, conveniently located within walking distance of the historic center. The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful with everything we needed.

The hotel is nicely situated in the central part of Rome, with good transport connections, and it is still being close enough so you can walk to all of the main sights. Also there are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and bars around the area as well, and it is very easy to find.

there was room service every day, the receptionist in the morning was very nice and professional, more than what we thought we wojld get for the price, even took our bags upstairs to our room

Excellent location, close to the main railway station. The area is quiet and safe. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The furniture is new. The bathroom is spacious and includes everything you need. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is quite good.

Very convenient location near Piazza republica within easy walking distance of Termini and plenty of other Central Rome sites. Very good value for money at this central location. Good shower

No way of controlling temperature in the room. There is air conditioning but it was not working. In my case I would have liked some warmth as the temperature outside was unusually below freezing and the room was cold. The power outlet was not working. Noise insulation from the adjacent rooms non-existent. Hard bed.

There were no glasses or cups, and if there is a kettle, how can you drink tea without cups? And there was noise, even though the main street is not nearby.

Airconditioning was pre-set to very hot temperature and was not adjustable, they said only option to cool down was opening the windows. Reception and elevator looked old. Cost a little pricey for the facilities provided but so are similarly located places in Rome.
