Demetra Hotel

The staff was nice and the room seemed very clean.

Room 208 (next to reception) is extremely loud. You hear everyone coming and going and the toilet flushing from the room above is quite loud as well.

Location was amazing, staff was super nice.

The bathroom needs updating. The shower needs a curtain to keep the floor from getting soaked. They also should add body wash dispensers and get rid of the little bottles that are hard to get soap out of. The sink is too big. Room needs USB ports too.

Room was very large with windows overlooking the charming street below, which I liked.

A/C seemed to have a hard time, woke up once too warm even though we had it down to 17°C. The hotel desk (and floors with rooms) are up a few flights of stairs, not ideal if you have heavy or multiple luggage pieces. Elevator is tiny, almost useless.

Hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Hotel rooms were renovated and looked new.

Rooms were small in size.

The location is not great unless you have an early morning train to catch. This was the fourth hotel in my trip. The first three included breakfast, while it was extra at this hotel.

Good location - central and easy to walk around Rome / access the train station. The rooms had a good amount of storage.

There were several parts of the room that were broken off, which is surprising for a 4 start hotel. The shower door did not fully close so water leaked out. The bedsheet was covered in a paper covering.

It is very close to Termini station and there's great restaurants in a two block radius.

The lip of the tub is very tall. The tub also sits very high making the showerhead be mid-chest for anyone other 6ft.

Breakfast, Cleanliness and its location.

The system. Once going out we have to return our room key to the counter and we have only been offered one key to share for three people, which was not very convenient for us.

(1) Location to the Rome Termini Train station is excellent. (2) Modern look (3) Clean (4) Provides Hot and Cold breakfast.

(2)Entrance to the Demetra hotel is confusing. (1)Lost power in our room the first night and they could not recover the power until next day (3)Paid for upgraded room with SPA bath. Received room with shower only.

Nice Resturant on the corner with excellent food.

Great location, lovely bars and restaurants close by.

It would have been lovely to have a kettle so we could make our own tea and coffee

Everything was incredible. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming...every single one of them. The bed was very comfortable, the location is perfect, and the breakfast was amazing. The price was very fair. The absolute highlight was the staff, who were truly amazing and incredibly helpful.

Convenient for Termini station.

Small room, late start to breakfast

Great location near Termini and close to a lot of restaurants and sights. The room was comfortable and the reception staff were friendly. Amedeo restaurant near the hotel was a great find- food excellent and reasonable.

The room was decent and the property was in a good location near the train station and great restaurants.

The bathroom needs more lighting. The breakfast was very limited with choices. Whatever food was put out early in the morning was not replenished as it finished. The later people came down to eat the less choices there were.
