The beautiful rooftop Terrace with the gorgeous views of Rome In addition Juan Carlos was extremely friendly and made our experience more pleasurable.

The location, the size, the staff, the room all great

Good proximity to Termini train station. Good water pressure and comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

Far away from tourist attractions. Very poor Wifi. Housekeeping staff was not good (did not clean well, did not re-stock mini bar).

Loved the proximity to Termini train station, and how quiet and clean the rooms were. The staff was extremely helpful and the breakfast was very enjoyable with a beautiful view from the rooftop deck.

The Independent Hotel exceeded my expectations. Staff is cheerful and helpful. It is clean, modern and the bed's are new. From hotel employee's advise on a local restaurant to other hotel employee's extraordinary service/help with the airline, I will be sure to stay again.

The staff was very friendly and generally wanted to help. Everything was perfect, the elevator is slow but otherwise no complaints whatsoever.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Even though it is officially rated as a 4-star hotel, it can easily be compared to many 5-star properties. The service was fantastic, the rooms were excellent – very comfortable, clean, and well equipped – and the breakfast was great with plenty of options.The only minor downside was that our room was located close to the housekeeping area, so early in the morning we could hear the cleaning staff opening and closing closets and moving things around quite loudly. Aside from that small issue, everything else was perfect.Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
