You have to give the hotel your keys, every time you leave out. Also, can hear through walls. People running through halls all night, playing, and hotel doesn't stop them.

Clean rooms. Felt very secure. Very nice staff.

The room was in another building.

The staff and rooms were nice.

There were no elevators to get you to the second floor where the office is. No elevators to get up to your room except for some back secret ones and when we tried to take them down, we got trapped in an area that you couldn’t exit. There needs to be more signs with directions on where to go to check in and what staircases or elevators to use.

The location was not very safe, but we knew that already when we made the reservation.

Would have liked hotter water for our shower.It might be a good idea to have a coffee machine and fridge available either in the rooms or in the communal kitchenA power point close to the bed would be handy

Did what it said on the tin. Cheap hotel which was good value for money. No AC - had to pay extra for this.

Behaviour of the staff, location, allowed early check-in. Bathtub in the bathroom.

The bathroom door lock was not working,There was no balcony. The only window opens in a common terrace, you will find people walking around, so you can't always keep it open. It was a bit hot during the day and the AC was not working (they asked for 5 euro to turn it on), which was not very amusing.

Very nice and cozy hotel near the Roma Termini station. Metro station just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Staff was very friendly. Our flight was very early in the morning and they help us to order mini van to the Airport. It was cheaper than order some Uber.

There is no elevator. If you are travelling with heavy luggage please be aware that reception and rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

The hotel room was very comfortable but only 1 hard chair was provided. All modern bathroom facilities with heated towel rack. Thank you.The nearby ancient architectural building was beautiful and open to the public. Free entry.

The location was not desirable. A long walk past small traders and police attending on both days. We did feel safe walking, but don't recommend walking alone.

Beds very hard, no pressure in the shower, bad WiFi signal , no coffee/ tea making facilities in the room

The room was really spacious (we had a room for 3), also spacious and comfortable bathroom. The hotel is at a very good location, close to the Metro station (about 5 min. walk) although at night perhaps it doesn't feel very safe due to homeless, drunk, etc people that gather around.

There was no elevator ,only stairs. Also there was no refrigerator in the room.

The room was very clean, quite, has a lot of sun light, big kitchen space, I had 2 different rooms for 2 nights and the staff was nice to keep the bigger room for 2 nights.

Cheap and convenient.

No lift at all. Had to carry heavy luggage up 2 sets of stairs.

To get air conditioning was an additional €5 per night. The beds were a little on the small side and pretty firm but okay.

Nice simple hotel , twenty minutes from Colosseum.Inside hotel felt safe and secure.

The shower is tiny! Not built for a Full Sized Aussie male ?

Quick check-in, 3 minutes, at the reception they helped solve the problem with the phone, I liked that there were no problems, check in and live)), the room was adequate, clean, they cleaned every day. There is one stop from Termini, there is a transition from one metro line to another, without going upstairs, with one ticket, so there are no problems in any part of the city, in general, the location is also good, I went to the distant outskirts, generally out of town to the place of execution Apostle Paul by metro without transfers. In short, I liked everything.

I lacked a refrigerator, warm drinks are not nice if hotness, and for snacks, sandwiches, etc., a refrigerator is needed.
