Location, wonderful staff

Its older, but was clean.

The location of the hotel.

It was not easy to find as it has a very small sign and the building and the reception area was shared with 2 other hotels. The breakfast was very skimpy.

La porte d'entrée est très bruyante et on entend les sons extérieur.

They do not know that when you are charging 80 Euro per night, how to maintain the room, the floor was broken, the charging plug point wasn't working, I booked for my friend, he was very angry with me, why did I book this hotel? Very bad.

The shower water makes the floor wet, there is no hot water, and the heating doesn't work well

I enjoyed the location, near the main train terminal to access the airport. Lots of restaurants and pastry shops around, 15-20 mint walking max from the colosseum. Room and amenities could improve a bit, but it was fair for the price. Quiet at night time, but quite thin walls.

It's just 2 min away from Main Station Rome.Bed and shower , and Internet - enough to take a rest and get ready to explore beautiful Rome next day!

Small details like WC's sit place does not match WC size, shower 's door is not straight, mirror frame is damaged, absent of hacks for towels, visible holes from spikes on wall - those things could be repaired .

Good location as it was close to Termini station. Easy access to the sights of Rome.

A little noisy as others who were staying on the same floor came back late and were slamming doors. There was a restaurant below with loud music but it wasn't really a problem as we were so tired that we weren't kept awake.

They changed the sheets everyday and let us leave our luggage there after checkout and the architecture was beautiful. The location is also convenient.

Everything was falling apart ?? the shower, the chair and the toilet but they fixed it the next day ?

Very closed to termini station. Good to stay for a night. We got there around mn and only need a place to shower and sleep. Good value.

I was looking for a room close to the Roma Termini since I had a train to Naples the next day. So, the location was great, but the room was horrendous.

Arrived late in morning, door was closed, no one answering the intercom or whatsapp or phone. After entering with another guest, room has no shower head. Shower was leaking.

It's closed to the termini. Very accessible. And they allowed are luggage to stay in their premises after the check out. Coz we check out at 7am(our choice) and we took our luggage at 9:30pm.

We came to stay at Termini following an unexpected flight delay for 2 days. The staff was incredibly helpful and accomodating. They got us a room for not only 1 day, but 2, and we had immediate access to the room vs. having to check luggage and come back later. The staff also helped coordinate a taxi ride to the airport at 4 am on the day of our flight. Overall it was an exceptional experience and the staff made it that way.

Great location. Lots of eateries around.

Lobby was not clean enough at there were different hotels in each floor.

The lady at the reception desk was very professional. The housekeepers are excellent.

The Indian older guy at the reception has no idea about customer service. Too much noise coming from the building right across from my room.

Location is more than perfect for travelers and sophisticated easy going people.

It smells a little bit to humidity, but not bad it was ok. Also guys, you should put some dark windows to improve guess sleep.

Great a/c, comfortable bed and room size was genourious. There's a bar fridge in the room.Front desk very friendly.

Over all is all well. Weak wifi, if you wish to make a hot drink, need to ask the front desk for a kettle and return it soon after.

The ac wasn’t working 100% fine. They could clean a bit further. I wouldn’t stay more than 2 nights

The room was conveniently close to Rome's main train station. The room was adequate and had a small private bathroom. Friendly staff.

Street noise, though not terrible, could be a bit loud at times.
