    Pros +

    • The location was amazing with the Colosseum right down the street. The neighborhood was great with a charming plaza near by to dine in and enjoy Rome. The breakfast was one of the best we had during our 10 day trip.
    • This hotel is amazing and super friendly. I spent my birthday last week in Rome and they surprised me with a little cake at breakfast. It was so fantastic. This hotel is in the middle and walking distance from tourist spots. The staff were really FRIENDLY AND APPROACHABLE. I will definitely come back here and book again this hotel.
    • Close to the train station and all the sights of Rome. The Coliseum is within view from the hotel.

    Cons -

    • Too hot for no air conditioning. We understand it is the norm for October. Really could use a fan.
    • The hotel has two sections. We stayed in the part of the hotel without an elevator, even though we had a 9-month-old baby and a stroller. Throughout our entire trip, we had to carry our belongings and the baby up and down the stairs. This part of the hotel was also very noisy. The bed was not very comfortable. The two separate mattresses often slid apart, and the sheets and bedding did not stay in place, meaning you often ended up lying directly on the blanket or the mattress itself, which is not hygienic.
    • Wish the AC could be a tad bit hotter

The hotel became a part of my amazing experience in Rome. Starting from the first moment and till thievery end I had absolutely delightful experience. The staff, the location, the room, the breakfast - everything was GREAT! I got a free room update and that was a really nice gesture. Also I celebrated a birthday on a second day of my stay and breakfast staff made my morning really special that day<3 thank you so much and I will definitely come back!

The location of the hotel is good; it is in a nice neighborhood and you can walk to all the main sights. The breakfast is extensive, the coffee at breakfast is very good, and the breakfast staff are amazing — they did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The beds were made every day and the towels were replaced daily

Great, and I mean great location ! Don’t look any further if you want to stay in center Rome, everything is walkable there’s no need to take the public transportation. The rooms were spacious, bed super comfortable and very spacious and functionable shower ! Towels were changed on a daily basis if you want and there’s a mini fridge if you fancy some snacks or to store somethingThe best thing for me though was the lovely rooftop breakfast, the variety of food is not huge but it has everything you could possibly want for a delicious snack and healthy options. And on top of it all, the nicest staff I ever encountered in a hotel, they seriously make the experience memorable and remember all the small details

Wish the AC could be a tad bit hotter

Staff were really friendly and helpful, great location and great rooms.

My door was left unlocked after it being cleaned which wasn’t great.

Breakfast was great on the rooftop. Enjoyed evening drinks there as well. Location was perfect for our needs this trip to Rome.

We had addtional double doors in front of our room. Guessing they were for sound proofing. They didnt always shut and when we tried to shut them very late at night they were extremely loud and we didnt want to wake other guests.

Outstanding staff! Everyone was very friendly, helpful & kind.

Upon arrival, the tv in my room was broken & had to be replaced. The housekeeping was not great. I ended up having to ask for toilet paper

The hotel is very compact and cozy. Relative to other big, business hotels this somehow feels it's got its own identity and style. The additional activities (rooftops, tours etc.) is also a very smart addition.

Friendly staff, perfect location, nice breakfast and dinner. Thank you!!

    9AnnaPosted on: 1-15-2026

The location is excellent and within walking distance of pretty much everything, but the metro is just around the corner if you don’t fancy walking. The staff are wonderful, especially the hard working and wonderfully kind breakfast team!

Not necessarily a dislike, but the rooftop bar is a little expensive, especially when compared to most others in the neighbourhood.

The location was amazing turn left and you were looking at the Coliseum. Kitchen was great to have when we didn’t feel like going g out and sitting on the terrace having a coffee in the morning was lovely.

The apartment we stayed in on the 5th floor in the building next door could have used some rugs and cushions on the sofa to make it more cosy as it was quite bare. The shower didn’t drain properly until you removed the plug. Not enough closet space for 2 people for a one week stay despite there being plenty of room in the apt for a closet.

Love the staff. Very kind and organized. Happy to have been treated with such care.

The noise at 1:30am when people were coming down from the terrace. Very very loud people came down the stairs waking us up. And the second door to our room was closed. Too loud and rude people coming from the terrace.

We stayed as a family with two children (21 and 17 yo) in the quadruple room for 4 nights from 17 to 21 Dec. We had a fantastic stay here - the location, front desk and breakfast (in particular the cheerful breakfast crew) was unbeatable. The apartment is in the nice and safe Monti neighbourhood, known for its trendy yet historic vibes, with a local feel and good restaurants around. All the major monuments such as the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountains, Spanish steps and Piazza Navona are within 10-15 mins walk, but Rome is in general a very walkable city. In fact, we could see the Colosseum at the end of the street once we come out of our room. Our kids in particular enjoyed starting the day with the hotel's breakfast, and being greeted so warmly by the lady with glasses and the gentleman taking our coffee order - we feel like we are staying with family rather than a hotel, and it feels good to return after each day of wonderful sight-seeing. Our room was spacious, comfortable and modern - it's like a home away from home. I would say this is the best place to stay in Rome especially if this is your first time to Rome - the location is just fantastic. Don't think twice ;)

The shower pressure is a bit low, but I don't think this is the hotel's fault.

The front desk staff (2 girls, long-haired and short-haired) were very friendly and helpful. The long-haired front desk girl went out of her way to arrange a porter for me when I checked out early in the morning at 6am. The guy porter was very helpful and polite. The lady who served us for breakfast was very warm, friendly and helpful. She and the porter ensured we had our breakfast package to bring along.

    10DarnelPosted on: 12-6-2025

Location is perfect. The Colloseum as at the end of the road and all of the other landmarks are a 10 min walk away. Lovely restaurants all around. Staff were amazing. Breakfast is delightful and they make yummy hot chocolates. Bed is super comfortable.

Loved everything. Only issue was our toilet seemed to run for some time after flushing but that can be overlooked.
