- 5 stars review will be not enough, how about 10 stars. I¿m very happy that I had the opportunity to stay at Raeli Hotel Lazio. Roman and staff were very warm and welcoming. Excellent choice.

- Location excellent, clean comfortable bed, good breakfast.
Cons -
- We left after one night, for a three night reservation. No WiFi, disgusting breakfast, shoddy lobby seating area, outdoor patio smoky and absolutely no ambiance, hallway toilets not in working order, AC not turned on. Just a terrible place.
- Only there were no slippers in the room and that was a bit of an inconvenience, everything else was great for the amount I paid.
- The room was in dire need of refurbishment. No kettle. A mechanical noise during the night for long periods kept us awake.

Location is great as it is only a few minutes from the train station. Staff are friendly and hotel is clean.
There are no kettles in the room and you need to go to reception for boiling water. Cold AC was not available and we had to open windows as it was too hot. Windows had no nets so mosquitoes came in. Bathroom extractor was not working and 2 out of 3 lightbulbs were not working either.
Bad
I have booked the room 2 months earlier but at the day of my arrival they sent me an email saying that they are overbooked and they sent me to another hotel.Worst experience ever...Stay away
Nice, clean, quiet and well-located place
Location. value for money. Quiet.
Very conveniently located, just a short walk from Termini Station, with easy access to most major tourist attractions. The breakfast was very good and fully met my needs. Reception is 24h, which helped me to check in late.
Nothing really. The only minor issue was that the bathroom window was stuck and couldn’t be opened.
Perfect breakfast, super coffee, polite staff, cozy yard
noisy airconditioner
The stuff was very very helpful and kind. The breakfast was phenomenal. Location is fine.
The water pressure in bathroom is weak and the drain is very very slow.
Clean, comfortable and very friendly hotel. The location is very close to all the attractions and public transportation in Rome. Delicious and varied breakfast.
The staff were very friendly and ready to assist with information
the breakfast and the room size
Good location for train travellers. Good breakfast.Very friendly reception.Clean.Inside way better than outside.Quiet during night.
I do not know much about the price level in Rome, but it seemed rather expensive to me.
staff is very nice and rooms were clean. It’s worth the money and is just next to termini station
Hotel is old and missing maintenance here and there
The location to the train station was perfect! I was there a very short period time due to a very early flight and the proximity to the train station was excellent.
Other than a very small twin bed, my stay was comfortable and uneventful. Nothing to complain about!
There was a problem with keys in our room but the personnel fixed it fast. Great location and very satisfied with the breakfast. We stayed only one night so it was okay, but if you stay for more than one night the rooms are kinda small with all the bags around
location is good, only 5 minutes walk from Termini.
The soundproofing was poor; I could hear small talk from the next room as well as the plumbing noise.
- location (1-2 min. from Termini)- cleanliness; didn’t notice any mold or stuff like that in the bathroom (mentioned in some comments)- clean linen and towels- shower power (important to me)
- heater in the bathroom at its top and you cannot control the temperature.- tiny bath tube. Getting in and out was kind of a Shawshank redemption. ?
Close to the train station. The staff was pleasant. We were able to store our luggage because we came early.
The room was a bit worn. In the middle of the night there was a noise all night of a washing machine and dryer running behind the wall of our room. It kept me up all night.
