Proximity to St Peter Basilica & Sistine Chapel, clean, spacious and minimalist room. Claudia provided an excellent customer service - gave useful information before, during and after checking in. I was able to leave my luggage after I checked out so I could go to my Holy Doors Tour.

It was very clean. 10/10 for housekeeping. The coffee machine, kettle and fridge were nice to have.

The host is not present and will only forward codes for the 4 locked doors (street, lobby, first floor hallway, room) if you use or install WhatsApp. The lobby and street door do not close properly and were found 'open' 3 times as we arrived and departed. The room door opens into the hall (not the room) and cannot be secured with a door stop from inside the room. There is no chain or second deadbolt -just one lock and a 1/2" hole where a key lock used to be but was removed. We stuffed toilet paper inside the hole for privacy. We could not find the parking lot/garage with GPS so circled the neighbourhood for 30 min and got street parking a few blocks away(free on Sunday). Easy driving coming from the north. Wide streets and one-ways.Luggage storage for early arrivals is an unlocked linen storage closet that is unmonitored. Staff and other guests have full access.No blanket-just a sheet. Had to contact owner around 10:00 pm. Fairly quick response: go to storage closet and get a blanket.Bedroom window faces a wall. Low level of natural light. Bed is extremely uncomfortable. Its made of foam that deeply compresses (weight: 140 lbs) and holds in the heat. You feel like you're sleeping in a hole. Air conditioning works well but is loud. Hot water at 8:00 am lasts 7-8 min. My shower ended cold and my husband's shower was completely cold. The shower drain is partially plugged so water accumulates. There is no bathroom fan so steam builds up and causes paint to peel off walls in bathroom near window. Breakfast consists of a coupon for a cafe 2 doors away: 1 hot beverage, one croissant, small juice. You can order eggs, etc but not included in breakfast coupon. Price: 299.00 CAD

The host was very helpful and proactive with following up with us during our stay to make sure everything was well!

Air conditioning remote did not work very well, and hot water did not last very long (2 ppl could not have a full shower, have to be super quick)

Breakfast at the cafe next to the hotel was very nice! Can't really comment much on location as we arrived at 5pm and left the next morning at 10. Arrived by train from Florence to spend the night before flying back home out of Rome's airport. It was easy walking distance to the Vatican City. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Claudia, our host, communicated entirely by text which was fine. She was extremely helpful about every aspect of our stay.

The way this "hotel" operates is unusual, in my experience. It seems as though the rooms are leased from within a large building that has both this "hotel" and residential units? Not sure. You go through a large entry door off the street. Then through a security door. Then a hallway door, and finally the room door. Lots of security. I never met our host, Claudia, who was extremely helpful and friendly via text messages. Never met or even saw any other staff.It was weird to not meet anyone at the location. It's more like going into an apartment than a hotel.

Clean and very close to the Vatican. Great vibes! Claudia is a great host! If she is around, it’s very good to have a great chat with her. She is very responsive to the WhatsApp chats and provides great recommendations on restaurants and cafes around. If I visit Rome again, I will definitely stay here again.

Good location, very good communication from the hotel with check in details. The room is good but basic.

Not great value for money, could provide a few more amenities and better room facilities

The stay was excellent but I have a couple of points:The water was warm for a couple of minutes and then it was cold for two days.There wasn’t enough big towels.The entrance is very old and strange which was a bit of a shock.The cleaning lady or someone opened the door at 6:30AM without knocking.

Not a criticism but just to note entry is by key code. No staff in the building. Brekkie in the next door cafe is light. But for the price I paid no complaints

Great location and wonderful proprietress! The rooms were clean, spacious and modern.

The layout and loud door locks make it too easy to hear people entering the floor late at night.

Localisation of apartament is perfect, very close to Vatican City and to metro. Around plenty of ristorantes and shops.

Loved the location. Right beside the Metro and the Vatican. The rooms were also very quiet. Slept great. Rooms spotless with fresh towels every day. Enjoyed my breakfast each morning while people watching. Claudia our host was very helpful from start to finish.
