Four plates, four forks, four knives, four spoons - these days, that's a miracle. Full size diswasher. 2 burner hob. Two small pots. Actual stemmed wine glasses! Bonus! No food stuff like salt, sugar, etc.

Spotty to non-existent internet. We complained, but nothing changed. It's an issue when you have to check into flights, work etc. NO water pressure. Beautiful big bathroom, but the person in shower gets ALL water cut off if the other person tries to brush their teeth. Those crazy disco light bathroom sinks may have seemed like a fun idea, but water splashing on plastic isn't so much fun and it makes a mess. I also HATE these online checkins where you never see anyone who cares about the place or the neighborhood. I want to talk to a real person!

The apartment is big, very clean and the kitchen has everything to cover for a simple breakfast. The refrigerator was very useful to put leftovers from dinner.

I like everything. The privacy, the space, how clean it was and the location.

The location is great, near Piazza Navona, and not far from Pantheon and many other attractions .Great room.Equipped with modern facilities,and very well kept

The location was amazing. The apartment was quiet near a busy street with many shops, restaurants and puubst. comfortable beds and nice little kitchen

The water in the shower was poor and it was very hard to get the water hot but not too hot

Amazing Stay at Now Apartments in Rome!I recently stayed at Now Apartments with my family for three nights, and it was a fantastic experience! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the old city, close to everything you could want to see in Rome. From the apartments, we were able to walk to all the major attractions, including the Colosseum, the Pantheon, and Piazza Navona, which made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable.The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering a modern feel while still reflecting the charm of Rome. We had all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. After long days of sightseeing, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind.The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to answer questions and give us recommendations on where to eat and what to do. Their hospitality made us feel right at home.Overall, Now Apartments exceeded our expectations. It’s ideal for families, couples, or anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and stylish place to stay in Rome. We can’t wait to come back!

The hotel is located in a nice area with a lot of restaurants and bars around it. We were also able to reach many touristic locations on foot. The room was VERY spacious and had everything we needed. The bathroom had an extra fun bonus with the sinks that lit up with colorful LED lights. Everything was very clean and we were very comfortable.

The water pressure was really low, so showers ended up taking a bit longer because there was not a lot of water coming out.

Perfect location as you are able to walk to many of the main attractions. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, clean and has everything you need. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The only thing that would have been useful is to have a washing machine in the apartment if you are staying longer.

Centrally located. Very convenient for all major sites. Very comfortable and spacious.

Difficult to locate in car. Car parking nearby silly expensive. Shower hard to use and water flow was very weak. A bit noisy with windows open.

The apartment is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was wonderful! The bedscomfortable and the whole apartment was spacious and nicely furnished. Plenty of great choices for restaurants. Bodega accross the street for quick items and full grocerey store nearby.

The kitchen could use a kettle and a microwave. The hall bathroom shower knobs were in need of instructions! I had an uncomfortably cold shower before figuring it out. There will be no dropping at the front door by taxi or uber, owing to the width of the streets. You will have to walk, with luggage to transportaion.

Very nice location, clean apartments, excellent service and cleaning lady (so nice and kind), they let us to check in at 10 am which was great for us.

Great central location, large apartment and spacious bedroom and bathroom (had loads of space to store and layout personal items). Liked the separate kitchen/dining area since I am an early riser and my partner is not, I was able to get up and have coffee and not disturb him. Always great to have a coffee machine and the welcome drinks were a cute touch. Comfy bed and pillows, good quality linens and I liked the bathrobe which was supplied. The disco sinks were a fun touch to the bathroom.

Reception closes at 7pm and there is a charge to collect keys after this time which I thought was a little off (50EUR) but fortunately we arrived before the cutoff time.

Amazing apartment in the heart of the city and near all the major attractions. The place is new, spacious, clean, and has everything you need.

The fact it is advertised as a boutique hotel. It is not. It is serviced apartments and check in hours are very restrictive during the day

Excellent location, spacious and very cleaned! Loved the coffee pod machine to make espressos!

It’s hard to say though it would be great not to be charged extra money to change towels when requested.

The staff attitude for charging extra for checking in 5 minutes after 7pm and for not helping with the luggage because the taxi could not reach the hotel. When complained they said if you don’t like it go somewhere else
