    Cons -

    • Says it had a business center does not. I was charged to print out our boarding passes, not very happy about that. The area I felt was not safe walking to and from the metro after dark.
    • The smell, the staff could be much improved. Location is out of the way of the center
    • The breakfast was okay, I would hope there was more fresh fruit but otherwise its good. The location was nice but a bit far away from the centre

    BREAKFAST-VERY GOOD

NO ONE TO HELP CARRY LUGGAGE TO THE ROOMS. LUGGAGE HAD TO BE CARRIED BY OURSELFS FROM ROAD TO HOTEL LOBBY AND THEN LOBBY TO LIFT POINT.

I love the hotel staff .very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located next to bus stop and train station. So it's easy for one to go around easily. Recommend the hotel to other people

Average size, but comfortable and clean room, bed and pillows were very comfortable, everything needed was in the room at its place. Friendly staff, maybe dinning room service should be a bit quiet when cleaning tables and bringing plates back to the kitchen. Was noisy. Coffee maker should prepare coffee drinks from ground (bean) coffee not from Nescafe powder - gosh! This is Italy - home of taste and elegance. Reach and tasty breakfast, an extended choice of food. Drink bar and restaurant at hotel. Table reservation in restaurant recommended. Hotel situated in nice area, Sacchett Pinetai park opposite, green and pleasant place with nice view on St. Peter's Dome. Bus stop at the hotel, good coonection to city center. Supermarket 5 mins walk. Very nice place, come back again for sure.

    No complaints

Location of hotel is perfect, right near metro line but just enough outside the hustle & bustle of Rome city. Highly recommend restaurant food in hotel, outstanding and delicious

I personally found the rooms quite basic. Everything works but not a lot of TLC! The bed is quite uncomfortable for me as extremely hard mattress but some may like that. The bathroom in need of some TLC but again in worked fine

Used this hotel for a 'boys' (aged 48-62) trip to see the 6 nations match and more. Comfortable rooms with nice beds and power showers. Really good central location outside of the main hub with easy access to buses and metro. Staff were excellent all round with the people manning the reception deserving special recognition for their helpfullness and assistance.

The hotel is placed quite far away from the city centre, but the metro is only 10 minutes walk. Room is quite basic: eve

Breakfast was good. Varied food options and plenty of food. Cappuccino machine that made ok coffee.

    7ChungPosted on: 1-6-2025

Good size bedroom. Clean and comfortable stay. Easy access to the bus stop for the bus going to the Vatican. Gated carpark if you're driving. Helpful staff. Breakfast is good.

No self-service laundry nearby if you're not driving as the closest one is 5 mins away by car. No kettle in room for a soothing hot drink before bed.

Location is very good , staff is good,

room was little small, breakfast was regular not that much nice.

The location is really handy, near by subway and bus station. The breakfast is good for the price paid and the staff was always available and friendly. Also, just in the street behind the hotel there is one pizzeria very good and cheap (go try, you won’t regret).

    The room is not soundproof.

There was one man behind the reception desk who tried to be friendly and helpful. Breakfast was between okay and good. At least they gave me a double bed room for the last night, which was for 93,- on their website ... I paid 120,- for the tiny room. No refund!

The single-bed room does not deserve the expression "room", it was a tiny cell. Like a prison. The window also looked like the window of a prison. A/C did not work the first day and night, they could fix it. TV set did not work all three days. WiFi was really lousy, far away from "fast WiFi", you could not make any video calls or stream something. Download was 3.0 MB, upload was under 1.0 MB, I measured it. I complained, some hours later they said that they had fixed it. Was nonsense. As a guest and customer they do not take you for serious! The bathroom was lousy. All in all the whole hotel looks worn out, they haven`t invested any cent to renovate it.

The hotel is in a quiet place and near to Cornelia bus terminus

Ageing Hotel, staff lacks motivation, and there was no water in the room nor a kettle to heat water. There was no variety in breakfast for the full 5 days we stayed. I would not recommend this hotel for holidaymakers.

    Breakfast was good.

I'm not sure how this hotel received a 4-star rating. It might have deserved it in the past, but certainly not now. The hotel is very old and has not been renovated. The bathroom was extremely small, suitable only for a child to take a shower. There was no microwave, kettle, or coffee maker in the room. While the location is close to a bus station and metro, which is convenient, it's far from other key places like historic sites or the train station. Moreover, the area doesn’t feel safe, with many intoxicated people around, making it risky to use the metro or bus at night and walk back to the hotel from the stations. The only positive aspect of this hotel was the breakfast.

Great location and facilities. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Our room was too small. There was no room to access our suitcases without opening them on the bed and we had to put them out in the hall near the entrance door.
