Hotel employees were such a pleasure. They were so friendly and accommodating. After a long day of sight seeing in the cold rain, hotel employee made us hot tea and brought us a plate filled with delicious sweets. Room was beautiful. Location perfect.

The staff was extremely nice and thankful for us staying there. They did all they could to make sure our stay was wonderful. Free breakfast and WiFi was a plus too. Bathroom/shower were really nice.
The listing said it had an airport shuttle. After I booked I called asked a few more questions and found it was a hired car that cost ââÂÂì50. There is also a ââÂÂì3,5 fee per person per night for tax. Found that out at check in.
The staff was extremely friendly, called us by name throughout our time there. The room was large and clean. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located minutes from the metro. We couldnâ≢t have asked for a better stay while in Rome.
