Love the staff especially the morning breakfast

The air condition doest work. Im diabetic and i could have a heat stroke in the room its that bad . I open the window i end up having mosquitos in room. It was an awfully place to stay with medical issues specially when you need air conditioning.

Perfect location, staff, comfort, cleanliness.

Breakfast was ok except the morning when a guest put a croissant back in to the glass covered case with his bare hands. All food should be packaged or handed out by staff. Location was less than mile from Roma Termini.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. It's one of many that bought "floors" of an out-of-business hotel and it is still being refurbished. 1st night a/c did not work nor frig and I had to throw out food, bath fan made rattling noise. Wi-fi did not work properly, a/c did not work, my shower was clogged and I was standing in someone else's hair and gook! Work proceeded until 10pm at night. The "lift" was old and dirty and if someone on another floor did not shut the door properly, it would not work.

Almost no hot water in the shower, like so little you can hardly get wet. It was a joke.

The accommodation is worth the price – decent and tidy for a place to sleep. The toilet was also ok, you can smell a strange smell, but it's not that unpleasant. Note: If it matters to you, the room didn't have a safe.Right next to the hotel there is a snack bar where you can get coffee to go and something to eat in the morning, there is also a mini market. It is important to note that there are several hotels in the same building, so don't be confused by that. The rooms are located on the fifth floor, while the reception is on the ground floor. There is an elevator in the building, which makes access easier.The reception staff is friendly and helpful, which further contributes to a pleasant stay.

Closeness to the train station., but the hotel itself is not ok for the amount charged. Smell in the bathroom, not sure if its from the water or the pipes

One of the oldest elevators I have ever used.No kitchen, no meals. No phone in the rooms to call the hotel staff. Smell in the bathroom, not sure if its from the water or the pipes

The hotel was very well located , near to the train station as well as other shops and cafes. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Everything was great, the only thing is that the bathroom appeared to have some slight mould on the ceiling . Otherwise perfect.

Was confusing to find as the lobby is the lobby to multiple hotels, when we too the lift up to our room and entered it the room was dirty and run down room definitely not worth the money, there was a fake nail & used dirty spoon on the floor, there was holes in the wall, water damage on the roof, broken window seals so wouldn’t close properly, heating did not work so not ideal for winter, shower door wasn’t even attached making it unable to close and cracked basin and drain, there was also a bug and hair in the bed, also there was no quilt just a top sheet also was dirty and had holes in it. we ended up having to leave and book new accommodation as it was unbearable

COLD AND NO HOT WATER!!! First, we were asked to pay an additional fee of 36EUR for 3 days/2 persons, not explaining how it’s calculated and only giving us a handwritten note?! Then, for two days in a row the heating system in the room didn’t work, it was freezing cold and also there was no hot water. We were freezing for two days. We have informed the staff several times, but they told us that all they can do is give us a blanket?! and change our room on the third day because everything is full. No option to repair the system, nothing. Not to mention there was no iron in the hotel, one pair of towels in a double room, etc. This was unbearable. The only refund we got from Booking was less than 10%, which is a joke having in mind what we’ve experienced!

Near the Roma Termini but at the same time quiet. The cleaning services and the heat were great.

Matresses could be better

The bed was comfortable, the staff was pleasant. the room was well cleaned.

I do not like the room the was close to the main entrance of the hotel, where a doorbell was installed. The room was poorly insulated and the doorbell was so loud that I had the impression that someone was ringing my room doorbell. For information, I heard the doorbell about ten times a day (notably during my sleep, which was the most annoying)In addition, the shower was in very poor condition.

Decent size room for price I paid I got what I needed a bead and shower. Location Is good aswell close to main station.

Sewage blocked and no action taking after we reported.Electric outlet left hanging on the wall with a fan plug into it. They don’t care about your safety.It should be a 0 star guest house. Should not be a 3 stars hotel.

We liked flexibility with check in,luggage storage-free,friendly and helpfull staff.

We didnt like uncomfortablle toalet.
