The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything I requested was quickly attended to and instructions always very clear when asking for directions or surrounding information.

All of my expectations were met - no complaints!

They offered me to pack breakfast because I checked out at 3 am.

We had a situation with water from a cealing but the staff solved it quickly. Furniture is old but everything is functional.

How staff treated myself and partner when we brought to their attention our power point was broken and couldn’t charge any electronics. Staff told us we were in the wrong and we had the wrong adapter when it fitted in another power point within the facility and the rest of Italy. Staff told us they would come back and see if we could change rooms once we requested. Staff never returned. We went to reception and saw both male staff members standing there when I asked how they went they said no spoke rudely to me over the top of us telling us we were in the wrong. The staff refused to listen to us and help come up with a solution. I was very disappointed in this service for the amount I paid to stay.

The breakfast îs very well. During the day it îs avaible an automatic machine to buy capucino and snacks

For check out you should pay 27 euro. There îs a misunderstanding between booking and the hotel for the payment for a family room. In the booking site I selected 2 adults and a child of 8 years and the booking proposed me a price and at the hotel reception was another price. I hope booking will reimbursed me. And I hope the IT departaments should improve this aspect.

Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the quiet of the room, cleanliness and air conditioning.

Rooms were advertised as having safes and a desk. Our room had neither. Shower was so tiny, you could barely move. Room needed a chair.

-A welcome bottle of water would have been nice. -There is no iron available at the hotel.

The room was large, the breakfast was exceptional. All you needed in a continental breakfast. Well done Also I left my bag in the room upon checking out! when I went back to the room the cleaner was telephoning reception to let them know this. Well done! Left her a nice tip.

The English teabags ran out when I asked for some, I didn't understand the lady but I got that there were no more, so I went to reception who gladly gave me some...

From the reviews we were worried about our stay. But we had a lovely room on the top floor. Nice bathroom with a bathtub and shower. A fridgeNice location, felt safe with lots of embassies in the area.Close to the train station. We were able to walk to the main tourist attractions.Breakfast was substantial, lots of choice.

Staff were not as friendly came across very formal. Should smile more and not be so formal.No safe or kettle in the room. Poor quality juice for breakfast.The door key and fob pretty but was heavy, card entry would be more convenient
