The rooms were nice the breakfast was very good. The shuttle to town was a big plus. Made getting around so much easier.

I bought the room and breakfast. Upon cking out we were charged for our breakfast. That was 60 extra euros. Other than that the hotel was great.

The breakfast was not good and no true italian coffee. The drinks and yogurt are served in paper cups.

It was not super clean, the cleaning crew rarely refilled toilet paper or body wash.And the staff wasn’t very nice with rare exceptions. Also their English skills were not the best.

the room was very warm (close to 27 degrees), but the staff said we could not use the AC as it it wasn't the right season for it (April 12th). There was no fan available and we couldn't open the windows as there was no screen and mosquitoes came in the room. Made for a very hot and uncomfortable sleep. The room and hallways could have been cleaner. Our daughter found something in the room and put it in her mouth - not sure what it was and the carpets in the hallways were dirty with bits of paper and dust that could have been vacuumed.

Breakfast was good.

We stayed in a double room, there was one set of towels. We contacted the staff, they promised to bring another set, but after two days of stay they did not solve the problem. Far from the metro, far from the bus, it takes more than an hour to get to the center. In general, the hotel needs renovation, especially the carpet....

20 minutes drive from Vatican Taki about 17€. Newley renecated, free parking and included breakfast.

Little away from the city

I was attending a conference nearby and this hotel was recommended by the conference organizers. The hotel is modern, comfortably furnished. Breakfast very good. There is also a large supermarket nearby.

If you are traveling by car or a travel agency bus, there is no problem. If you arrive by public transport, the route from the nearest bus stop is quite unpleasant - a narrow, often dirty sidewalk, poorly lit in the dark, very inconvenient for traveling with a wheeled suitcase. I know this is not the hotel's fault but I feel it is worth mentioning.Perhaps the reason was the occupancy of the hotel by conference participants, however the hotel wifi was practically unusable. Except night and early morning, even ordinary email was a problem and it was impossible to work - colleagues had the same problem too. In my opinion, the wifi is inadequately designed. I'm sorry, but this is a major problem for a business trip.

The room was as described on Booking.com. Quiet location, no street noise. Bathroom/toilet were well equipped. Room service was ok. Strong WiFi signal. Breakfast was pretty standard but reach and tasty. Friendly reception staff.

The hotel is located on a hill, quite far from public transport. The socket above the table did not work, so the kettle had to be plugged into the sockets to the left of the TV or near the bed. The air conditioning worked strangely: the first three days only for cooling, and the temperature was below 18 degrees, which is not my favourite in November. Wi-Fi required registration, which did not work on my tablet. There was no closet or shelves for things/clothes in the room, just a strange metal frame. Had to ask for additional hangers for shirts (but they were provided immediately). The cost per night seems to be a bit overpriced for this level of comfort.

Everything is old and depreciated , Very uncomfortable bed , Very old and noisy air conditioner , Even the entrance door of the hotel was broken , Everything is designed so that only the photos look beautiful, but in reality it was completely different , The lounger by the pool was broken and hurt my wife's hand , Almost all male employees were not treated well ,The floor of the room was covered with dirt !!!The water in the bathroom did not go down the pipes , The toilet seat was broken , The breakfast was also very poor quality , I can write a book about the problems of this hotel

New facility, lovely pool and a free shuttle bus to nearest metro station. Together with the free parking and the vicinity to Roma Aurelia train station (1km walk) a perfect base to visit Rome without the need to take the car into the centre.

Shuttle bus can't be booked so you are never sure you will get on. For the rest no issues

The pool is nice and big, the room was a good size and the bed was comfy.

Breakfast was chaos. There weren't enough staff and food didn't come out fast enough which created a very stressful atmosphere first thing in the morning, before we'd had coffee! The staff were rude and inattentive, and did not clean the tables quick enough, which meant that guests were left waiting for a table before they could go and fight for food.

It was quite modern looking. Staff were helpful and allowed to check in at 12pm instead of 3pm after an early morning flight. Penne arriabiata was a nice meal at their restaurant and service was good.

Though cleaners came everyday there were a lot of Ants crawling all around the room. The Vatican City by taxi isn’t too far 15 - 20 mins same for the closet beach but taxi prices can be expensive to the city so distance could be a problem to good food places etc There is a shuttle bus for 8 to the tram stop but the underground line was out of action.

The hotel is very basic and old, and it lacks cleanliness. The elevators are very small, and there are unpleasant odors in the corridors between the rooms. The furniture is very old. However, the staff throughout the hotel are wonderful and friendly. The hotel offers private and free parking. Although the buffet is simple, it was great for me. **But honestly, the hotel does not deserve its 4-star rating.**

The rooms were a good size with comfortable beds.

The standard of food in the restaurant is very bad, and very expensive, though unfortunately due to the location of this hotel you have limited other options. Use of the facilities is also restricted to part of the day and you are not allowed to use the pool on the day of check out as it only opens at the time you are required to check out..
