Clean room, convenient, central location.

No wifi internet in room. No comfortable seat in room nor in breakfast area.

Location was good, nice balcony in the room, was quiet as no adjoining rooms

The mattresses were both completely worn out with crunchy springs and as you lay down, they sank in the middle. The wifi was absolutely useless, intermittent and unstable. I had to pay 35 extra Euros to use the spa/ swimming pool. toilet seat was loose

The receptionist, Julia, was amazing. She explained everything clearly and helped us a lot. She was very kind and welcoming. The room was good, you get what you pay for. The shower had hot water, which was great. The room was warm, which was especially nice during the cold winter. Overall, I would rate this stay 9/10.

I was hoping for some gluten free packaged crackers or other items.Italy has so many celiac.

My stay at Hotel Center Rome was extremely disappointing. Some staff members were unhelpful and rude, which made the experience uncomfortable. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor during the night, and the bathroom was poorly maintained—the shower doors were falling apart. On top of that, the noise levels were unbearable, making it impossible to get a proper night’s sleep. To make matters worse, the cart kept deactivating, adding to the frustration. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

We found the hotel to be clean and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We recommend this hotel!

The location of the hotel is great and not far from the Termini station. The area felt safe and there were restaurants and shops around. There is a tram stop nearby while the nearest metro station is 10 minutes away. The rooms are clean and the staff is very nice and helpful.

The staff was great and very helpful, they gave us information on how to get to the main attractions, and how to move through the city. Very close to Manzoni metro station.

Hotel is amazing for the price, not luxury but great! Room was clean and comfortable, towels are changed every day. Everything that is noted to exist in room was there, we also had mini fridge and kettle. Hotel is near metro and bus stations. Staff was very nice, they helped us with public transportation and map. Definitely would recommend this hotel!Just one little detail that I have noticed, you shoud fix window in room 338.

A little to loud but overall good

The property was nice for the price we paid, breakfast was good, service was very good, it was well cleaned every time we came back from viví ting the city, it was a very comfortable and nice overall experience.

Good location, cleaning ladies clean the room every day, not anything special but a good place to stay for a few nights. Cons are definitely the sheets and blankets, not having any cups in the room, no coffee in the hotel etc.

Clean, near of the Termini station and you can go by walk everywhere in the city center or by tram and bus

The location was amazing, near to train station and also walking distance to explore the whole city. Staff was really good, they let us keep our things there until our check in time. Also, the room was super clean and big. The bathroom was clean and new, they follow all the perfect standards of cleanliness in the whole property. We requested for the balcony room and they were so nice to follow up our request and assigned that room, we were super happy about the detail and we appreciated so so much. The lighting of the room was so romantic and also the art paintings inside it. 2 cabinets and blankets were provided. Really good experience.

They only problem was the wifi, sometimes it was disconnecting but after couple minutes it connected again. Also the pool and spa were in maintenance, but for sure next time will be available.

Here’s a review for the hotel in Rome:I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. The conditions were absolutely terrible. The room was freezing cold, making it impossible to relax or sleep comfortably. The breakfast was awful, with very limited options and low-quality food. To make matters worse, they didn’t even provide drinking water in the room. Despite requesting water multiple times, we never received any.The staff showed no effort to accommodate or assist, and the overall experience was far below any acceptable standard. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to stay elsewhere. Avoid this hotel at all costs!
