    • Very nice hotel. It’s perfect if you are planning to spend the day exploring Rome, and will only come to the hotel to shower and sleep. The location is also great - just off via Ripetta - very accessible on foot.
    • Good location and the terrace for the suite was nice.

    Cons -

    • The hotel was a total disappointment. I arrived very enthusiastic because the photos on the website have absolutely nothing to do with the reality. We were three adults and the room was supposed to be for three people, but we were given a double room where the double bed was improvised by pushing two single beds together. The single bed was placed right next to the double bed and was a portable bed that made a terrible noise throughout the night even with the slightest movement. The mattress covers were patched together with pieces of fabric instead of proper mattress covers. The duvet was wrapped in a piece of white cloth that was meant to serve as a sheet, but it was not closed on all four sides, causing the duvet to come out and come into direct contact with the body (a real nightmare). The bathroom was never cleaned except for the toilet. In four days, the towels were never changed. The bathtub/shower was never cleaned, creating a constant feeling of dirtiness. The curtain that replaced the glass screen of the bathtub was a dirty piece of fabric that touched the equally dirty floor. The room had a strong smell of dampness and mold. This is the most disgusting room I have ever seen in my life.I don’t know how Booking handles penalties for such hotels, but I paid 220 euros per night and this is a real theft and a complete lack of respect for my investment as a customer.
    • Air condition was insufficient for the room. It failed to cool the room below 26 degrees Celsius and the staff was left then helpful in remedying the situation. Bathroom was small with little shelf space. Staff was not very hospitality focused - especially the two young men. The one young lady was very friendly. Bed was hard and there were limited power outlets.
    • Rooms a bit small but clean and functional.

Great location in a quiet street near the Tiber but a short walk to the Spanish Steps. Metro stop is near. Charming small townhouse hotel, with an old-school feel. English-speaking staff. Easy walking distance to many major sites, museums, etc.

    All! Kind, professional, clean, elegant

Adorable hotel in a great location: quiet street close to Piazza di Popolo and metro station. Several good restaurants nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Rooms a bit small but clean and functional.

The hotel’s location is excellent—within walking distance of Piazza del Popolo, the Spanish Steps, and the Trevi Fountain.

The room description stated that the window overlooked an inner courtyard, but in reality the view was directly onto the wall of the neighboring building, only about two meters away. As a result, there was almost no natural daylight in the room. Additionally, the cleanliness was not at a satisfactory level—there was quite a lot of dust under the bed and behind the furniture. The TV also didn’t work properly and only had three available channels. Overall, the room did not meet the expectations set by the listing.

A wonderful place to stay while exploring Rome. The area is quiet and elegant, and the reception staff are very kind—especially Deborah, who is always cheerful and makes sure my stay is comfortable.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean room with everything you need. Great location.

    Location was good.

Deluxe room was no where near deluxe. Twin room with beds a cm apart!!! Shower was awful and just sprayed the room with water. Decor old.

The location is amazing, the staff were warm and welcoming and very helpful, especially the manager, Christiana (I believe that's her name). The breakfast at the hotel across the street was wonderful for 18 euros

The bathroom is very dated, with plumbing issues but worse, very dirty, or so it seemed to us.

Excelent location the staff was wonderful , kind and efficient they make us feel like home. The decoration , all the areas was very clean very clean the room and bathroom

The bed so uncomfortable , they have to improve that

Conveniently located close to historic centre of Roma, providing excellent access to main tourist attractions and shopping zones.

The room we chose was dimly lighted which wasn’t expected.

    10RyanPosted on: 10-17-2025

It’s incredibly close walking distance to the local attractions. (Panethon, which we walked to about 10 times in our trip. Spanish steps, piazza de Popolo, literally 100ft away, Trevi fountain, 15mins.) and of course the local stores from affordable clothing to designer shops. Location was amazing. Also being the able to leave your key with the front desk is an awesome feature, and it’s one less thing to worry about. AND the breakfast vouchers for the hotel next door were amazing! (16$ per person) but it really saved the day for not having to worry about breakfast and also having incredible food. 10/10 for that one.

Not much about to dislike about the property. It’s definitely for couples of (2) which I can say is the only negative but if you can make it work with more people then this won’t be an issue.

The location, the size of room, how clean it was, the staff

    8DamirPosted on: 9-26-2025

    * Excellent location close to many historical landmarks and places worth visiting.* Free coffee and snacks.* Nice lounge area with table and WiFi if you need to work a little bit.

    * WiFi in the room didn't work for the first couple of days of our stay.* The rooms had barely any power sockets which was a bit frustrating.

    6JanePosted on: 9-21-2025

The location of the hotel is excellent- convenient to walk everywhere in Rome and in a neighborhood with nice shops and restaurants.

The suite was a fourth floor room with alcove and a nice terrace. Ask the staff about how it is accessed by elevator then stairs. Our beds were very much in need of replacement, but the lovely staff worked with us to improve the situation.

This is a wonderful hotel. The staff, Daniella and Mario were extremely helpful, efficient and kind. I had an issue with my bed and Mario put in alot of effort to make it comfortable for me. The location is SUPERB. It has restaurants on its doorstep and I was able to walk to each and every sight within the one week period that I stayed there. I loved my stay so much and now I'm missing it.

Everything was perfect so there was nothing to dislike.

    8El-DroubiPosted on: 8-25-2025

The hotel decor was beautiful and lively. The property was clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming. While there is no restaurant on the property there is a lovely hotel across the street with a courtyard and nice breakfast. There are a few restaurants on the same street and it’s a short walk to a popular shopping area. The Spanish steps are a 15 minute walk. This is a very walkable location. The rooms are quaint and cozy, lovely decor with comfortable bedding. It’s also on a quiet street.

    No complaints!

*Location *Front desk staff*Water dispenser and free coffee at lobby*Very close to Very good restaurant and breakfast locations
