Hotel Santa Maura

The hotel was great. The views were stunning.

Avoid the restaurant at all costs. Food has zero flavor and is just poor.

The breakfast wasn't good, it was poor, and there were no glasses, only plastic

5 minutes from hospital by walk, very clean and personnel was friendly and helpful. Pretty nice breakfast

Breakfast time is till 9:30 and I had to finish it in 5 minutes because of my late waking up :)

Rather old building, not well maintained. Cleanliness a bit below standard.Sounds could be heard from close by rooms, not well isolated.Locking of room doors based on e-key, no lock available from the inside (available but not working). Breakfast opens only at 7:30, but they offer you coffee also a bit before.

I was extremely happy with the choice in hotels- The staff was kind and courteous, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the water pressure and temperature in the shower were perfect. I liked the fact that there was parking on the hotel properly.

I didn't find the hotel lacking in any way- Perhaps the breakfast choices could have been better but even then I liked what was offered.

The room was a great size, super clean and super comfortable. Shower was large compared to the other showers in Europe. It’s a little outside of the city so had to take 2 metros to get back but I knew that when I made the reservations. However, the metro stop was a couple hundred feet from the hotel and the bus stop was directly in front. Super convenient.

The area is a little rough but that is literally almost everywhere in Rome unless you’re staying in a 5 star hotel. However, I never felt unsafe.

Clean room, balcony, friendly staff, close to metro and bus station.

The neighborhood seems to be not very safety - we had thief attempt on our car which was parked in front of the hotel.

- Room smelled like spoiled raw eggs, probably they only clean with water without using any detergent- Toilet stinks- Walls too thin you could hear everyone around

electricity transformer is buzzing inside electric cabinet. for night main switch had to be switched off, hence no electricity in room at night.

It is located pretty close to public transport (Metro C is 250 meters and bus stop is at hotel entrance. With free private parking, it was ideal for us as we parked our rental car and used metro for city sight seeing visit all day long.

Best place to stay away from rome. Has car parking free. Rooms were neat and clean

People are great. The place was clean. Its a good price for value.

Perhaps breakfast can be a bit more innovative and inclusive (for vegan/vegetarian or other contemporary diet habits).

Skip this Hotel.

This hotel should not have 4 stars if i could give raiting it would be a -2. When we arrived i booked a 2 beadroom place ,when i came i found out that we sleep in refurbished garage on other side of hotel ,4 star rating i dont think so.They just reuse the food ,the omlet that was served is at least 3 day so is the bread and the rest of breakefast. I dont recommend this Hotel skip it if you can.

Breakfast was great. Rooms were comfortable an quiet, we feel safe.

It’s near the metro station which is perfect! Also thank you to Maksym for helping us book a private transport from the airport to the hotel and for assisting us on changing our rooms as it was not the room we initially expected when we arrived. He really made sure we were comfortable with our stay and he was very friendly. Also there was a neighborhood friendly cat ?‍⬛

The breakfast could improve with some tomatoes and condiments. Also my bed is squeaky the whole time, they need to change that one asap.

Very easy access to the metro. Ideal for what I needed, sight seeing all day, shower bed!Staff were all very friendly and helpful.Out of the city centre, towards the residential area. But close to a number of supermarkets, not much else nearby, I.e. restaurants, bars, etc.

There was no wifi in the our room. The breakfast and its variety was not good. Our room was noisy. The breakfast time is between 7.30 to 9.30 so it is very short.
