The bed was super uncomfortable, the room wasn’t the cleanest and the hotel wasn’t in the best area. It looked as if the hotel was thrown together rather quickly, just to open the doors and make money. We also arrived after midnight and we waited outside ringing the bell to be let in for a good 15 minutes, called the hotel multiple times and no answer. Would not recommend.

This is not a hotel it had no hotels standard

No service ans the least on hotel is not there this is not a hotel and had no hotel standard at all The staff so rude and calless i didn’t like it at all Rooms have no temperature control u can’t change the temperature the heating was on it was too hot to sleep!

The location is amazing it’s only 10-15 minutes walk for the metro ,the staff are really friendly very helpful as well

Close to the train station.

We complained about a couple which had an argument and a fight in the room next to us. We asked the receptionist to call the police after he warned them 3 times but he didnt want to do that. A nightmare in the New year's eve!

The staff is friendly. Reception works 24/7. Rooms are cleaned everyday. For Birthday they put mini champagne.

The hotel is next to Termini station- the sound of the train disturbing at night

Friendly and helpful staff, great location (near to the Coloseum, Termini and the bus station back to the airport), great value for money.

The staff are very friendly asians couple , They are respectfull and cooperative . Regarding the hotel, It's small with small rooms but very comfortable and clean , I recommend booking it strongly .?

the room was clean and had a balcony, the bathroom hâd all the necessary, îți was close to the Termini Station, îți was quiet at night and the bed was comfortable

I'm a simple person, everything was OK for me specially the late check in and wifi but I know some people that would rate this hotel lower, in my case everything was good, not amazing but not bad

My room was really close to the entrance so it was really noisy and the TV didn't work also if you have breakfast keep in mind that it's really cold because there are just two tables inside and they have to keep the outdoor open cause the remaining tables are outside.

Good location. 10mins walk to nearest Metro. Termini Station is also within a walkable distance. There are nearby restaurants if one would like to have a nice meal. Staff were friendly and accomodating. The common places and the room were kept clean.

The bathroom lighting is not sufficient. It was a little dark inside the shower/tub when you draw the curtains.The aircon was not cold enough for the weather when we went there. We could not watch anything we could understand in the TV as all channels were dubbed in Italian. ? Even Youtube.

Room was nice and comfortable. We were right next to the reception and tram/train, so sometimes it got little noisy but it wasn’t that much of a problem. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

A bit far out from the main attractions. En suite toilet was a bit tight for me (1m90).

Nice quiet place, clean, nice personal. Good air condition, good service. Nothing bad.

It is easy to reach the center on foot. There is a delicious and plentiful breakfast. The staff is very nice. The rooms are clean, there is a small garden, everything for cleaning was already provided. We were very satisfied. Everything was perfect.

It's about 12 mins walk from main rome station. Though the streets are not too comfortable to walk with luggage. Got for good price. Room was nice and clean. Reception staff is very good and welcoming

Air conditioner is too too noisy.No lift in the hotel. So be careful with your heavy bags

Good location near enough to the train station. Still a good 20min walk, which with luggage and smells of Rome is not the most pleasant. Bus and tram to the attractions (although timetables are uncertain).

Shampoo and shower gel in sachets - this is not sustainable. Not much landing space in the room.

Quite outdated and worn out rooms and frankly very small that we could comfortably move our large checked in luggage.
