  The receptionist is a very welcoming and friendly person. I've been impressed with hospitality and cleanliness of this cozy hotel.

Will recommend it to all my friends.

The location was great. Lots of restaurants and bars in close proximity that were really good. Beds very comfortable and pillows were great! Shower was very good. Staff was amazing and helpful

The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The bathtub had a drainage problem that never got fixed, which caused the bathroom floors to get soaked with water every time we ran the shower. Otherwise, the room was comfortable. Not 4 stars in my opinion, but clean and comfortable.

But overall, it did not meet our expectations for a 4-star property, especially considering the high price. The room was tiny, and the bed was also smaller than expected. The breakfast was quite basic.

Exceptionally comfortable and quiet room with a wonderful king-size bed. Great staff — special thanks to Carlos at the front desk for his great advice and constant smile, and to Cesare for his prompt and efficient help. We can’t wait to return!

Nothing at all

It is a nice hotel! Good location: 3 min to bus station and 12 min to metro station, great restaurants around. It has a great breaksfast and staff. The room is comfortable and very clean.

I asked for a corkscrew and two glasses and they couldn't attend. But the experience overall was really good.

From the moment we got to the hotel the hotel staff was very helpful and attentive to help us with my bags and be sure we were comfortable in our room. When we discovered a leak of water coming from the closet ceiling Mr. Carlos offered to move my family to another room trying to make us to have a good experience in our stay in the hotel, excellent staf !

Because it rained for three days parking was difficult close to the hotel however the staff Mr Carlos made every effort to ensure we were able to off load our bags and reload our bags with little to no problems.

Very nice hotel. We had a very nice welcome and got our room prior to the defined hour. The check in service was exceptional (by Carlos). A “for the customer “ attitude and not “against “.

Good value. Friendly staff. Good location. Clean and comfortable

The room was clean and comfy and the location was close to famous sites in Rome. Carlos at the front desk was also very nice and helped us storing our luggage after check out to go around the city for the day.

The location and the neighbourhood. Beautiful, residential, quiet, not very touristy, and an easy walk to the Galleria Borghese. The hotel itself has a warm, comfortable atmosphere. We were offered a welcome drink on the first night. Carlos and the staff were friendly and always there to help in various ways. They suggested restaurants, all within a few minutes' walk, generally frequented by locals . The room was beautifully appointed and the bed was very comfortable. And the breakfast was awesome! An amazing range of choices, even pancakes and maple syrup, perfect for us Canadians! Coffee of our choice made to order and brought to the table. Even the taxi arranged by Carlos to take us to the airport was exceptionally comfortable.

We found the shower a little narrow but we adjusted.

The terrace and the staff, Flavia, Rene, Carlo and the bartender and people serving breakfast! EXCELENTE! GRAZIE ?

A clean and comfortable hotel in an excellent neighborhood. The staff was amazing.

No parking offered but plenty of paid parking in the street.

Location was good. Room was clean and good size.

The AC was not good at all. After walking around in the heat it would have been nice to have cooler AC to get some relief.

After 10 days travelling around Italy I can confirm this hotel was our favorite. The attention was superb, specially from Carlos who was super kind everyday. We liked the hotel so much that we extended our stay here. We used the gym everyday and it was clean and complete which was a great bonus. If you like good attention, and a great location (close to everything) I would highly recommend to stay here! Thank you Carlos for everything

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful!The rooms were clean and comfortable– but what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff.Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile.You can really feel that they care about their guests.Highly recommended – we would definitely stay here again!

Great location, clean, air conditioning

I didn’t know I would have to ring the door after a late night

Location was amazing …very walkable if you’re fit. Tall ceilings gave room bigger feel . Big beautiful shower. Breakfast was a very good buffet and good variety.

I became sick with the flu after first night. We went home early from European vacation.
