Pros +
- Nothing. This man is a criminal and a crook!! He stole our money and cancelled our booking just because our train was delayed by TrenItalia. He left me and my husband with our 5, 6 & 8 year old girls on a 40 degree train platform at 8pm with No hotel!
Cons -
- He took our money and said it was MY fault for not booking a hotel with 24 hour check-in. He wouldn't even let us check in the next day. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS CRETIN OF A HUMAN BEING!!!!
