Location for the deal price.

You have to paid extra for a/c, plus when I arrive , attendant have no idea of my reservation.

Likes - Location near Termini station is very handy. Good range of late night eateries nearby. Across the road, cute and efficient cafe for morning start. Good wi-fi, nice balcony and generally very quiet.

No dislikes - delivers to expectation for price and function :-) .

Flexibility and valuable information on the surrounding. Nice room. Convenient transportation.

Convenient location, walkable distance to Roma Termini, Big Bus, Greenline Tours, trams, buses etc. Plenty of restaurants around, popular sightseeing places. Excellent & extremely helpful staff. Very clean. Excellent value for money

Nice Location and clean rooms with good service.

Location perfect, size of room very good, spacious.

Please think about putting one or two bottles of water in the fridge! No packets of coffee or tea, sugar to have when you wake up in the morning! this is the first hotel I have stayed at that did not provide this as a courtesy.

It was during the midnight there were few noises on the floor above us which caused disturbances to sleep.

The location is great and the staff are very helpful and friendly! The room itself is quite comfortable and it comes with all necessities. The size of the room is also decent, which 100% could fit in a checked suitcase.

The walls do not seem very soundproofing as I could hear noises from hallway easily. But it's not a huge issue later the night due to limited rooms sharing the hallway.

All the employees were lovely, especially the people at the reception.

The double bed was actually made up of two singles pushed together, and the gap in the middle was quite uncomfortable.We could perfectly hear every conversation from the hallway, including being able to hear the reception phone ring.The room has an "en suite toilet" but the door was not actually a door, it was a sliding accordion door, that did not close fully (there would always be a significant gap at the top).

The location is amazing, very near to Termini Station. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

Literally 5 min walks from Roma termini station, everything is super close . Staff extremely friendly and very helpful .

Our Room Was in the Biddle and people would not realise its a Room and a lot of Talking and Laughing going on and could not sleeps well

Small elevator, but that is to be expected. WiFi dropped occasionally.

Central location, nice staff.

They rented us a room (room 4 on 6th floor) with external bathroom. The bathroom had no key, just a sign stating it's for the exclusive use of our room.. The staff said that we should have read the description more closely before renting the room. It's a shame that the owners are so cheap and rude - they force the really nice staff to endure the complains of the renters. Just a week for us but you could see it in their eyes that it was not a good workplace hazard for them with all the complaining costumers.
