The location was excellent - just steps away from the cure Trastevere neighborhood and a tram stop. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious. The room was everything we needed.

Good choice breakfasts offered, better than street coffee and cornetto. Can bring food into bar area and order any drink.

We loved the location

Our room wasn't cleaned for two days, but I think it was the language barrier we've faced. Other than that, we're at the top floor and it was noisy at nights because we had a bar above us.

Location was good

The room was much tinier than the picture ms suggest. The room was dingy and dark and the bathroom shower leaked. The tables in the room were all wobbly and squeaky. You could also hear people talking and laughing very clearly from neighboring rooms and the hall - very noisy property.Biggest issue was the room key. The property does not allow you to hold onto your room key throughout your stay. Each time you leave, you are required to hand it in to the person at the front desk for “security reasons”. The keys are stored in a bin that is on the counter where they could be easily accessed. Since the front desk worker is also managing the cafe, the key cards are not closely monitored. They also have room numbers listed on them which added to my concerns. This is not a policy i have encountered anywhere else in Europe, Italy or Rome. I found the rationale of this being for “security” to be really odd.

Shower head loose and didn’t raise or lower. Walls are quite thin and so could hear or neighbors arguing. Not in the least bit erotic.

Location was excellent. Easy walk to bars & restaurants. Metro nearby. Simple but clean room. Breakfast was lovely. Fantastic value for money.

This small hotel is a great location just a block from the main area of shops & restaurants. There are a couple of local restaurants about a 1 minute walk away. It feels safe and cozy. The staff are wonderful and all speak good English and make you feel welcome. Anna was lovely and remembered me from last year. There is someone on the desk 24hrs so you can get help or a coffee anytime! There is an elevator so no problem getting up to your rooms with luggage. The rooftop bar area gives you a wonderful view across the city. Breakfast is a delightful selection of food and beautifully presented in a cozy breakfast room overlooking the courtyard. I highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms and bathrooms were clean, modern and spacious, well situated near Trastevere and staff were friendly and helpful.
