Staff was great

No AC- no accommodations for this, far from everything.

The bed was uncomfortable and there was a beeping the entire night.

Clean, modern.

Bad location.

Cleanliness and the staffs are very polite.

Location is a little far from the city center and the room is little small.

Location of the hotel is good, walk for 15' and you are by the metro, then 15' to main attractions.Breakfast at 6 euros is an excellent value. Staff is friendly,  front desk was able to get our rooms 3 hours ahead of check-in time.

Rooms are a little small, but that seems to be the standard in Europe. Otherwise no other complaints.

Great location, clean, and accommodating. Good WiFi. Hassle free. Morning breakfast.

The hot water had short cold water bursts. I did not like the energy saving system. The hotel key to open the door is required inside to be plugged in to power the room. I cannot charge my phone or laptop while I'm out of the room,because I need the key!

Poor service

Breakfast had everything you could want. The room was clean. The bed was clean. The bathroom was clean. It was near a train station (10min walk), three stops on the bus and you were at metro or the train. Very convienent but not touristy.

Everything met our needs.

We were return travelers from the previous year and the staff remembered us.

We didn't realize that breakfast wasn't included with our stay as it was last year.

The rooms were clean and breakfast was excellent. The staff were so helpful finding us restaurants and best places for sightseeing. We had a group of 18 family members, and they put our accommodation all next to each other. Highly recommend this hotel in Rome. The bus and trains are 5mins away.

Location was great. A neighbourhood atmosphere either lots of amenities. close to transit (train and bus)Very friendly staff

The breakfast was excellent, the room very comfortable and that bathtub in the bathroom was spectacular because it allows you to relax after long walks, the service was good and they provide very good orientation of the area to move around easily although there is a bus stop with good access just a few meters away.

It is in a central location

No tea items in room and the breakfast was mid

Breakfast was great. Bathroom was good. All in all a good place to stay even though a fair way from the centre. The train station right outside and good eating places across the road.

Location a bit far. Bonus food & drinks were cheaper and food was great at both restaturants!

Desk staff - one gentleman was unpleasant and impatient

No kettle, pillow was a nightmare, blow dryer was out dated,rust mark on the bed sheet and pillows and towels, very poor quality breakfast.,no iron

All was good, very welcoming staff location is not bad just few bus stops to the Train station/metro Station. Family room was spacious and comfortable, very clean. Across the road there is a small supermarket and a place to eat or have breakfast with very value for money

The room is pretty dark as fixed shades filter off much of the light, complementary water should be a good idea.

Dated and basic decor. Few nice touches. One staff at reception was consistently unfriendly. Staff in breakfast area very nice.. Location very poor takes 20 mins to walk to metro along a narrow footpath next to traffic in dodgy area and then 10 minutes to city centre. Food at restaurant good but understaffed. More like a motel than a hotel. Houskeeng staff very nice.

Pleasant

Although we had previously chosen 4 twin beds, there were double beds in the rooms, but the facility prepared this upon our request rather than preparing it in advance.
