The location of this hotel was great. Also, it was very charming and the gentleman who checked us in was very helpful and friendly.

Was walkable distance to many historic sites and many restaurants. The air conditioning worked. The staff was helpful and accomodating.

The staff leaves around 4, so if you need anything you are on your own. The breakfast was underwhelming. I had to request an extra room, we had 4 people, the original room unknown to me was a room with a loft. Cute but not functional for 2 adults.

Beautiful, comfortable, historic and in a great neighborhood. The staff could not be nicer too! The price is absolutely fabulous.

When I arrived late in the day I discovered that the air conditioning did not work in the room and was given a dehumidifier as a solution. Had to leave windows and door open and had a terrible first night. Was Also out for second night. Not a 4 star hotel

Would like to have had the breakfast start at 7:00 am instead of 7:30 am. If you have an early tour you don't have time to eat breakfast or you have to rush breakfast.

The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The location is also very good for walking to the sites and good restaurants. everything was spotless and clean.

Very dark room. It didn't look anything like the website photos. The breakfast was adequate although more/self serve coffee would have been great. Although the shower was new, it was so tiny you could hardly wash yourself.

The character of the hotel for the city center was great. Perfect place to stay to experience Rome! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Free continental breakfast and great coffee.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable but room was a little small for staying for 5 nights. No chair other than a desk chair. Would have liked a larger room for the length of our stay.

I loved that it was close to everything yet felt as if it was not in the city. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about places to go and see.

The air conditioner blew directly down on the bed. Doorways in the room were too short so head easily banged on the frame. Staff not very helpful at front desk. The barfridge was so stocked there was no room for our own drinks.

Had to take narrow stairway up to room. Would be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Also there were stairs to get into bathroom.

The hotel has old world charm and is in a good location. It is in easy walking distance to the Vatican, San Angelo castle and Piazza Navona. We found very nice restaurants close by and the staff was very helpful.

Our room was very small and we had problems with the air conditioning. It didn't work 1/2 the time. The staff did work with us to try to help. We were only offered 10% off our next stay. The airport shuttle is a private car and is as expensive as a taxi

The location was great, nice clean and quiet area. Breakfast was great as well, very nice selection of different foods.

Unpleasant smell due to sewer problem. Our suite was right by the front door - so very noisy. Thin walls - could hear everyone talking, coming and going.

This hotel was extremely clean . Our deck facing Mt. Etna was a wonderful spot to sit and sip a glass of wine before dinner. We really liked staying at this hotel the personnel were very accommodating in every way. We will go back.

We were put in a handicapped bathroom and I would have preferred a better shower and a bit more light in the bathroom. This is really not a complaint tho.

The staff is soooooo helpful, and the room reminded me of what I'd expect real Italians to live like. Great breakfast & location too!

The location, the great attitude of the staff and the cleanliness of the room was amazing.
