CC Palace Hotel

We are a family of four. Room 105 was perfect. The staff was super friendly (reception, the bar, at breakfast and the cleaners). Breakfast is amazing, so much to choose from. Location is fantastic as well. We walked everywhere. The only time we took the metro was when we went to the Vatican, but we walked the way back (through Trastevere). We couldn’t have picked a better hotel. We loved every minute of our stay in Rome!

- Friendly, attentive and responsive staff before and throughout our stay who provided immediate attention and responses- Well maintained, modern, clean and tidy throughout the hotel and rooms. Bathrooms were well lit. - Our economy double room was adequately sized given we were mostly outdoors exploring. - Additional room amenities for prepared pre- arrival which shows the attentive touch by the staff who pay attention to requests - Simple but adaquate breakfast spread included in our stay and appropriate given the price (few small heated items, yogurts, cereal, fruit, tea/coffee/ juices). Option to purchase additional hot breakfast items. Breakfast staff were very friendly and caring. Plenty of nearby breakfast options and brunch restaurants nearby hotel too. - Within 10-15mins walk of all attractions including the Colleseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi fountain, Monti district and transport links- Located on a street that allows taxis to pick up/drop off easily, which is handy given Rome has stricter driving and drop off zones. - Easy walking distance to plenty of restaurants, bars, central Rome, shopping area, etc. We were able to walk everywhere during our stay without needing to catch the metro. - Two supermarkets nearby - one directly downstairs and other round the corner 5mins walk away - Samsung TV in room so was able to connect to our Samsung phones to watch netflix and YouTube.

- Travelled in late January which is still cold (5C) but the room temperature was centrally controlled and they had turned off all aircon due to Winter months and climate control measures. So the room was extremely warm and became uncomfortable to sleep during the night and we had to open the window throughout the day and night and was given a standing fan. - When the window was opened, there is alot of street noise. In particular, during the night, lots of siren sounds as the hotel is just off a main road. - In room fridge was not chilled at all so the drinks were warm and any food items would be spoiled. Not sure if this is linked to the warm room temperature and lack of aircon.

We had a wonderful stay at CC Palace Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the reception team made us feel very welcome. Everyone at the front desk was friendly, professional, and always accommodating whenever we needed assistance.A special mention goes to Rogelyn, who greeted us every morning at breakfast with such warmth and attentiveness. She made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of, which truly made our mornings brighter. We also want to thank Joshua for kindly helping us reheat our food at the hotel kitchen in the evenings. His willingness to assist us went above and beyond our expectations.The hotel’s location is also excellent — very convenient and accessible to everything we needed during our stay.Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend CC Palace Hotel. The only concern we had was with the air conditioning system. It is centralized, and the heater seemed to be on all the time. Since we are from the Middle East where air conditioning is essential, we found it difficult to breathe comfortably in the room. We had to open the window to get some fresh air. We hope this can be improved for future guests.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel.We were given a complimentary upgrade for my boyfriend’s birthday, which was such an amazing surprise. The room was incredible - so spacious, and beautifully clean, with its own outdoor area which made it feel extra special. When we arrived, they had decorated the room with balloons and flower petals on the bed spelling out “Happy Birthday,” which was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch.They also welcomed us with a complimentary drink which was a lovely way to start our stay.It didn’t stop there - at breakfast, they surprised him with a birthday cake and the staff all sang to him. It really made the trip unforgettable and meant so much to us.The staff were wonderful throughout - friendly and always helpful. A special thank you to Stefania, who was especially lovely and made us feel so well looked after.The location is fantastic, so close to everything and perfect for exploring.We would definitely come back and can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Location, clean, and kindness of the team

We stayed for 5 nights & was greeted by the most friendly and helpful staff members, especially Stefania & Francesco.I unfortunuatly do not have the names of the ladies at breakfast service, but they were exceptional. Breakfast was excellent.I would recommend CC Palace Hotel for anyone visiting Rome.

Beautiful hotel — everything is new, very clean, and quiet, with a modern design. Excellent location, close to everything and within walking distance. The staff are kind and professional, especially Francesco at the reception

We loved our stay at this lovely welcoming hotel. We had a great room with a big comfortable bed, stylish bathroom with a great shower and plenty of room for our belongings. We were welcomed by a smiling and helpful Sofana (apologies if misspelt) who upgraded our room, which was lovely of her. All the staff throughout the hotel were extremely pleasant and professional and made our stay extra special. Breakfast was plentiful, lots of choice and the coffee was excellent. The location was perfect as walking distance to all main sites, restaurants, cafes, shops etc. Buses and metro also close by and an easy walk from the train station. We loved Rome and will be back, hopefully staying at the CC Palace again, what a lovely stay we had!

AC wasn’t working apparently by local regulations, once the windows is open the noise was really loud and makes uncomfortable to sleep

Breakfast didn't have too many options but it was high quality. Free coffee that wasn't self served was nice, fresh juice and small desserts as well.

Gym facilities would have been nice. Fresh fruit for the breakfast.

This is our second time staying here. It is a home away from home. Place is perfect in every way great location so clean and comfortable the beds are beautiful and the staff are so welcoming from the time you walk in to the time you leave.
