- The room was clean and comfortable
- The owner, Manila, was a delight! She assisted us in many ways. She even taught me how to use the Metro!
Cons -
- Very loud. You can hear the rooms above and next to the room. The street noise is also very loud. Check-in information was vague, they did not provide the code to the outside property, the actual location in the building was not provided
- The rooms in this hotel were incredibly dark with the windows covered in a film, the check in process was not straight forward, we couldn¿t get back into the building without calling someone and nobody would answer. Also no front desk among other issues

The rooms are beautiful, extremely modern, functional and comfortable. The hotel manager, Manilla was very attentive - she made a difference for our first visit to Rome! hotel employee kept our room spotless during our 4 night stay.
The only complaint is there is a lot of traffic noise due to the location, but that also made it very convenient.
