Excelent location, very closed to restaurantes, Santa Maria Maggiore, Central Station and Metro.
Difficult to find the hotel, since the sign is too small and no striking. The hotel doors were open sometimes and some people were resting at the entrance.
No breakfast included

The hotel is very nice, clean, and close. The gentleman who welcomed us at the hotel was friendly and polite. He gave us a map as a gift. Thank you for everything.
Modern room with upgraded bathroom. Fridge and aircon. Pillows very good and shower water pressure excellent
The night light kept us awake and unable to turn off. Light from street as no curtains or blinds on windows. The taxi ordered by the hotel was not a registered taxi and she spoke on her phone without hands free the whole trip and drove dangerously and fast. Often with no hands on wheel at all. She stopped for a rendezvous with someone. I asked her twice to slow down. Her driving was erratic and dangerous. I expect a registered taxi when I order through the hotel reception.
Rooms ara renovated, clean and comfortable.
Everything is close to the hotel. Termini is a few steps away.
There was a nice male receptionist who was welcoming and helpful. Location near train station
Customer service is almost non existent at this hotel. There is a rude female receptionist who does not greet you and outright ignores you, despite standing at the counter. Responses are very abrupt and condescending. Our hot water system completely stopped working around 9pm at night. When escalated, was informed that there was no problem despite coming to our room to check. The person who I thought was the plumber turned out to be the owner. He had the audacity to turn on the taps to say there was no problem despite the water only being room temperature. He also pulled out his phone, pointed at the time and said he wasn’t going to call a plumber to fix the problem because it would be expensive and he had to make money as a business. He then said good luck finding another hotel room in Rome at this hour. No apology whatsoever. This must be the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any hotel and did not feel like a welcomed customer. They should be ashamed of themselves.
An easy walk from the Roma Termini station. No problem to walk with luggages also. The hotel's name is not written conspicuously, so I had to ask someone where the hotel was even when I was standing right in front of it. There were multiple staffs at the reception. Some of them were cordial and some of them were less cordial, but not to the point of feeling offended. The hotel has lift. Room and bathroom were ok.

The location is excellent and the price is reasonable. The male receptionist who greeted us was very enthusiastic and explained to us the attractions near the hotel.
The female receptionist had a terrible attitude. We checked in our luggage the morning of our check-out. When we went to pick it up at noon that day, we asked, "Can we take it?" She said, "Yes." Since there were other guests' belongings inside, we assumed she would help us get it out, but she didn't. So we asked, "Do we have to take it out ourselves?" She said, "Yes!" in a very impatient manner, rolling her eyes. We just wanted to confirm the method of claiming it and to ensure the safety of other guests' luggage. Her attitude definitely negatively impacted the hotel's rating!
Excellent location only about a block from Termini train station. The room was pretty quiet, considering the location. Staff was very helpful and informative, and there is someone at the desk 24/7. The entry is very secure. Years ago, this area was a no-go, but radical improvements in recent years have changed all that.
The entry is easy to overlook, even with Google maps.
Great location for us as we wanted to be close to the Roma termini for day trips that we planned on the train. I would not venture out alone late at night but the security at the hotel was great with a 24hr reception. The room was cleaned daily modern and provided everything we needed for our stay. It is our 3rd visit and would definitely stay again exceptional value for money.
