Pros +
- The owner could not do enough for us and e would recommend this to others was really helpful and amazing. Gave us advice on time for first time vacationers.
- It was completely horrible!
- The room is large, facilities are good. The staff is very helpful. The location is amazing, very close to Termini station and in walkable distance to lots of touristic places.
Cons -
- We had to wait for a very long time for someone even answering us to even get inside of the building. The guy was very rude! We were given a 2 level bunkbeds even though we requested 2 separate beds or a queen bed. The beds were extremely tiny and very very uncomfortable. On top of that they had bed bugs both beds! We couldn’t stop itching all night! The first floor was so small and the wall was covered with metal rods, any smallest movement and you hit the rods in n every opportunity. These were the small problems. The bathroom was completely unusable, the sink didn’t drain and the shower was so small that you couldn’t even get in. On top of that there was no normal water it was either boiling hot or very cold no matter how you turn the handle. When I asked the host why didn’t we get the rooms we actually reserved he said it is what it is. You either take it or leave. Very very bad experience! I don’t recommend this place whatsoever! Also the place was smelling bad, it was very dusty and the bathroom smelled extremely horrible, I truly think this place should be shut down!

Location is good
Very old building. Lift is very old and uncomfortable. Washroom sewer smell in the morning.
They let us check in before time, which was a great help. They were friendly and hotel is in convenient location for Termini Metro station.
If you are looking for a budget option, this place is a good choice. Great location, clean room, friendly staff.
The location and they have a coffee machine which is good
A stay has a smell a court and inside the room also the towels bed sheets have a bad smell even when the staff change it the bad smell still there
the location is super central, very near, 2 mins walk from Termini Railway Station, and good value for the money spent.
unfortunately the building elevator (a bit old style) experienced a malfunction and was out of order for a whole day (on a Sunday, of course...). clearly not the hotel's fault, but still, an inconvenience to take into account especially if, for any reason, you cannot walk up several stair flights.
The room was really clean, the staff were so polite and helpful. The location is also near Roma termini so you have access to everywhere. The price was reasonable, as well. I highly recommend this hotel.
Close to city centre and all amenities, staff was super friendly. Clean and very comfortable
The lift does need a bit of maintenance however i understand that this is shared between more than one hotel. The shower was a bit broken however manageable.
It was our second stay here in this hotel. Close to the city center. Just walking distance from Colosseum and Trevi fountain. It is a budget friendly hotel. We were 4 people and didn’t have any troubles at all.
I wish they could’ve provided a thick blankets considering it was a winter period. Other than that, paying 20€ cash as a city tax was very confusing. Government had to collect it but we paid (had to) it by cash so it is unknown whether the property pays this to the government or just get it for themselves.
Clean towels and sheets but only the first day , nice furnitures , nice temperature .
Τhe whole room smells horrible because of the bathroom drain. When we arrived 20' minutes after the arranged check in, we waited 15' minutes for the cleaning to finish , that wasn't a big ploblem . But the shower was not cleaned , I found a used soap. I was there for four days, they never changed our towels, sheets and the trash in the bathroom basket. We bought a cleaning spray to clean myself and the next day it was stolen from me. No one was never at the reception . P.S. I have disgusting photos. Don't give me a false answer. Just clean better please . Is about our health .
The location is great, and the room has everything you need. It is clean though rather old. The staff are very nice and helpful!
Our room was right behind the check-in desk and we could hear every noise coming from there. Also the door got stuck several times, we couldn’t open it for minutes.
The location was great and good value for money.
Low water pressure in the shower and toilet.
There was no breakfast included.....location was great for us. We were there to see the sites and we were able to walk to what we wanted to see very easily. George was great and very welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless! Very basic rooms with no added frills but we were rarely in our room other than to sleep and clean up. Great place for families on a budget. Rome is not inexpensive especially with the hotel costs.
It was all ok. We didn't expect more due to the costs of hotels in Rome. We were there to see the city. The hotel itself was very quiet but street noise could get loud at nite.
Location close to Termini
Small bathroom, not in best condition
This is not a 5 start hotel, but we didnt want to spend a fortune anyway. It was clean, airconditioned, the staff were friendly and it has a great location being only a few hundred metres from the Roma Termini central station. Fantastic food all around the hotel, You can walk to most of the main sightseeing locations ( but you will do 11000 steps on some days so wear good shoes)
The main negative was the position of the toilet could have been better, so we were kissing the wall doing our business. but once again it was clean and it worked.
Hotel location good
At night we ran out of toilet paper and nobody was in reception and didn't have spare one in the roomAlways have to request replenish of soap and shampooWiFi was very bad and the last two day we didn't have it at all
The staff was nice the owner waited for our arrival ,the room was big and nice and very clean ,they supplied us with towels shampoo hair dryer and an an iron when i asked for it
I loved it
The staff were friendly.
Hotel was full so they had us leave and go to their “sister property” a few blocks away. That property was under construction, had garbage and debris in the lobby, from was not clean - I got many bed bug bites from the bed, and the door did not have a deadbolt. The family who owned the hotel must also live there as they were working loudly on the hotel in the morning and evening
