Hotel Abitart

- I paid for a suite, they put me in a regular room. - The manager tried to lowball me about refunding the difference. - Wifi did not work at all. - Distance from train station: 500m, not 200m as they claim. STAY AWAY from this hotel.

This is a modern hotel. It is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The stay was an awesome experience.

This is a fantastic hotel. Unfortunately, it is located in a rough neighborhood.The Pyramide metro station is the closest and it's also very rough. Lovely hotel, but wrong location.

The area was dirty lots of garbage in the streets but inside the hotel it was clean very clean

The room was large and very light, with artistic wallpaper and a large bathroom. It was clean and nicely maintained with nice lobby and excellent breakfast (very nice choice and ambience). The staff was kind and effortless and easy going.

The surrounding area is a little bit run-down compared to other parts of Rome. The hotel is too nice for this location.

The location of the Hotel is walking distance to train station and Metro station, there's also a lot of restaurants in the area.

We liked the location , the bathroom,that our room was cleaned daily, the breakfast and the nice stuff

The room that we were given had some damages from the previous people. For example in the wall in various points someone had thrown his suitcase and there were marks. We didn't mind, but at some point the hotel should fix it or say something to the guests

The breakfast was varied with hot and cold items. We had a refrigerator in the room and the room was a large size.

We were a bit far from the city center by walking but it was very quick with a taxi.

Breakfast was great and the reception desk was fantastic with their directions.

Good hotel and great location, close to key places in Rome, a 30-minute walk to the Colosseum. There are supermarkets close by. The most important thing was the buffet breakfast, it is really good, and you have many options to choose from. Also theTrain station and bus stop are close.

The breakfast was very good and in fully enclosed glass room with plantings all around. The hotel is quite close to the Ostiense train station and not too far from the subway. Climate control was very good, comfortable bed, and the lighting (other than in bathroom was quite good.

Dinner in the hotel restaurant is severed too late, lighting in the bathroom is not good for shaving, one of the elevators was out of order, there is now indicator on what direction the elevator is going until it moves and an arrow comes on.

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. There initially was a problem with a dog barking incessantly in the room across the hall, but the staff moved me to a different room when I asked.

The breakfast was lovely. The hotel is very close to trains and buses and are running every 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
