Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Very good location near the main station.
Would recommend including a kettle with tea and coffee in the room
I liked the staff, was very friendly. I also liked very much the location and the cleanliness of the room. The room was small but cozy and clean with a beautiful view. Overall it was very nice. The staff also helped to decorate the room for my daughter's birthday and I really appreciated it.
The mattress was very hard for my taste and the breakfast could be improved. I didn't like the fact that the lady helping for the breakfast peeled the boiled eggs beforehand. I could never eat that, sorry.
Clean hotel.Good breakfast.Good location.
There was a construction project going on next to our room (Room 1 or 2 we can remember but it was the first room in the first floor. The view was an abandoned backyard...
Location was ok
Very very basic, could do with redecorating, breakfast wasn't great either
Location, close to train station. Room was cleaned daily.
Very small, pictures very misleading. Limited breakfast, very old hotel.
The hotel was kind enough to allow me check in very early and not only that, but they arranged for a closer room other that the one I had reserved . I had a continental breakfast for a small fee each day, a big bonus to start the day, extremely good value, good assortment of items to eat and drink. They also offer to hold your bags after check out if you need time before departing flight or transport. Attention for hotel staff it makes you feel very welcomed to Rome.
Nothing. I paid for a basic room with minimal perks and got way more than that, a great value, they went beyond my expectations.
The location is excellent - easily accessible to lots of restaurants, the station, shopping and the hop on hop off bus. A couple of dodgy people hanging around outside at night but not too offensive. Felt very safe.
We didn't opt for breakfast as we are vegan. We wanted to join family for a coffee one morning and the lady in the breakfast room was reallly patronising - we didn't stay. The fridge in our room didn't work and even though I phoned to let them know, nothing was done about it. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room would've made a distinct difference.
I didn't like much about the hotel at all.
The beds were very uncomfortable, very hard. The linens were thin and cheap. Everything was old and dingy (paint, finishes, etc) There were not many things to do nearby (a 21-15 minutes walk to anything interesting). The staff were fine, but not especially friendly.
The location of the hotel was perfect! Right by the Termini Roma and Metro.
Everything was wonderful! However, if I could make a suggestion, access to a microwave throughout our stay would have been fabulous.
Location is a plus point, very near by to the Roma termini station
The room size was small, unexpected. The quality of Beds were little disappointing. It's a old city and these hotels are also may be very old, so may be all the hotels are too some extent running it's heritage. Food was okay limited variety in breakfast.
Very close to Termini train station.
They gave us a room in the dependance, it was very small, it needs to be refreshed. During the night we could hear people from other rooms and from the street.
The cleaning and the location
The food
Room requires a refresh. The included breakfast was served in a nice room, with a good selection of pastries and cakes and of course coffees. We were looking for a location close to the main terminal. We left the hotel on foot at 0830 for a 0905 train but we were actually able to get on an 0850 train, so that worked out really well.
The room was quite dated and required a new paint job and a larger shower. The view from the room wasn't great but it was better than two much higher priced properties we stayed at on our vacation in Italy.
Hotel is a great value for money. It is an older hotel but room was very clean and comfortable.Big room, comfortable beds.Location is excellent, close to the Termini and green line of buses for sightseeing.Apart from that, good value for the money and comfortable stay.
The only drawback is that the room did not have a shower that you can control, only the one on the top and makes it difficult to shower if you don't want to wet your hair.
Everything. Lovely staff. No noise outside so you can have a good sleep. The room was clean. The hotel provides you with gel soap and towels. There’s AC. We arrived at noon and the hotel had a room ready for us right away so we didn’t have to wait (at no additional cost).
Unfortunately, streets are not the cleanest but it’s a common thing around Rome. I don’t have anything to improve.
Very convenient location a few blocks from train and metro. Staff was very helpful. Nice having breakfast to start our day. They setup driver to return to airport making our departure perfect at 6 am.
Bed was hard. But overall everything was great. It is old but that is what I expected.
The staff service was very good and the breakfast was good with nice deal…They provide best service and rooms were good.
Breakfast was quite good but could have been improved by the addition of fresh fruit.Area was convenient for public transport.
The bathroom sink needs to be replaced. Marks on bedroom walls. Surrounding footpaths in poor condition so difficult when wheeling luggage
