- Excellent location! Close to major transportation hub. Lots of shops and restaurants.
- The location felt in a safe place. The breakfast was more than adequate; a lot of choice. The room was so comfy and cozy.I believe I lost a gold hoop earring there. A gift from my granddaughter. I don't know what postage is like in Italy to United States but if not outrageous and the earring can be returned it would make me so happy. Maybe it could be sent COD. If it has been found I mean.Thank you for a lovely stay.Pat Vita15613 197th Av NEWoodinville, WA 98077
- The property was easily accessible, and there were a lot of places near by at a walking distance! The rooms were small but cozy, and all the staff was very friendly and welcoming?
Cons -
- Noise isolation
- I noticed that some previous guests described the facility as somewhat tired and thought that the breakfast was not so great. I see and hear what they said, but it was quite adequate. Adequate plus! (Okay -- Could have used a dresser and better closet arrangement.)
- TV mainly Italian (but not important as the main attraction is the city). Otherwise not much to say

The staff is very nice and great location, the room is also pretty nice, very quiet at night.
Friendly staff. Clean. Convenient location.
Best location to 8 mins walk to Train station, many food points close by, and friendly reception staff . Breakfasts was basic, but for the price a good deal.
Noise isolation
The location was wonderful. We used public transit to come and go everyday, being a few minutes. Walk from a main train station and a few steps away from a bus stop right near the hotel. It's not a brand new place. Like many things in Rome, it has been around for a while. Staff was kind and helpful and present when needed. These were the first four nights of an almost month-long trip. The rest was a cruise. It provided a perfect start to a memorable trip.
I noticed that some previous guests described the facility as somewhat tired and thought that the breakfast was not so great. I see and hear what they said, but it was quite adequate. Adequate plus! (Okay -- Could have used a dresser and better closet arrangement.)
Location - very convenient next to Central main station and plenty of bus to go around.Very good staff - arranging breakfast in the room for travelers leaving early in the morning.Overall good value for money for Rome and quiet comfortable.Good coffee place opening at 5am just in front.
TV mainly Italian (but not important as the main attraction is the city). Otherwise not much to say
nice breakfast and coffee, clean room and bathroom, very polite stuff, very convenient location, walking distance from Termini station, metro and the heart of Rome
The staff were kind and cute. Location was very good, 6-7 minutes walk to both Termini and Repubblica metro stations. There were mini markets and restaurants around, even souvenir shops. Mega store Conad is just about 4-5 minutes walk from hotel. Although outside was a mess because of many people around :),it was safe area. The room was clean and quiet inside. I had 3 days' good rest. Suggest to everyone who prefer to stay near Termini.
Hotel name label is hard to find. The first day on my way back to hotel, I was wandering around to find the hotel. There was Gregory' market that I kept in mind as the hotel was on the opposite side of the road.Suggest the label to be changed to bigger one.
Super clean and comfortable room, helpful staff, good breakfast
While it is close to Termini Station, I found it a bit tiring to walk to and from the main attractions. For those who enjoy exploring a city entirely on foot, the location might feel slightly inconvenient and exhausting after a full day out.
I liked the location. It's within walking distance of the Colosseum and Santa Maria Maggiore, for instance. It had everything I wanted. The staff were kind and helpful. I liked very much that the fridge was quiet. The bed was spacious. Everything was clean and they changed the towels and sheets every day. The breakfast was quite good. The check-in procedure was easy. The room has enough coat hangers and space tp deposit your clothes.
There was a bad smell in the bathroom unless I kept the window open. The doors seemed ancient and dirty, in stark contrast with the pretty pictures we see online. The mattress is just allright. The pillows are so soft, almost non-existent. It's not quiet. There was a constant humming from outside the window. I had to use earplugs to sleep. I would have preferred earlier breakfast. It starts at 8 but if you have to be at 9 somewhere further away, like the Vatican, you can't afford to stay for breakfast. The shower was either too hot or cold. There was no way to set it in the middle.
It was 7 mins walk to Roma Termini. The staff were helpful and even packed our breakfast a day before since we usually leave early.
All is good. No issues
The family and staff were pleasant and helpful. And the breakfast delicious. I also loved visiting with Jackie the dog.
The hotel had a great location, and we easily got there from the train station. It had a very warm and friendly atmosphere.Everything was very clean.Breakfast was balanced and good.On the last day, they even left a gift in our room for Easter, which really surprised us in a nice way.
The only problem we faced was the sudden cut of cold water, which wasn’t related to the hotel, but it caused us some inconvenience for a few hours.
The location was perfect The room was very well kept Excellent breakfast The fernando was very polite and helpful
Good location, nice staff. Good value for money. We came for Jubilee 2025, Everything was wonderful
Great location run by a couple of friendly people. Clean and comfortable
Liked the staff, breakfast, room & location.Thank you Ascot!
the room was quiet enough, considerate guests too, in the inner courtyard. The room and bathroom were immaculately clean. The staff were v friendly and helpful.amazing traditional hotel the location was amazingthe local restaurants were numerous and reasonablebuses and trains on your doorstepwalkable to main sightsbreakfast basic but goodeven packed me up a breakfast to take with me as I checked out before breakfast hoursthe lift worked although guest rooms on the 1st floor and reception on the 2nd floor kettle and fridge in room toiletries and other thoughtful additions cleaner knocked if you wanted your room servicing daily bed very comfy as was the pillows big towel and hand towel
The little room was a bit dark, inner courtyard so the trade off is light or quieter room breakfast: not option to help yourself to more tea and coffee, that was brought by server. then server remained out of sight so not chance to ask for more coffee (to soak up all that bread and pastries)
