Pros +
- The location is very close to many shops, the bus lines, not far from train station and plenty of restaurants. The rooms are very clean, and well maintained. The staff is super friendly, and eager to provide excellent customer service.
- Old hotel charm with beautifully upgraded bathroom. Great location near the beautiful Bastilla fountain and the "stairs" .
- Perfect location to the train station, walking distance to restaurants, shops and seeing the sights. Phenomenal breakfast for 5 euro, friendly staff, and excellent room!
Cons -
- There is some street noise from the busy boulevard out front, and if there are loud guests near you, the walls are not real thick. The front desk quickly responded to a noise complaint about our neighbor, and the issue was resolved.
- Nope. Wonderful people and property.
- If you do not like street noise, ask to stay on the other side of the hotel, or be tired enough to fall asleep easily.

Location and incredible staff
The location is central and one can comfortably walk to trevi Fontaine, the hotel is comfortable and clean.
The breakfast options were rather limited.
The entire staff, especially Francesco, were absolutely wonderful and friendly throughout my entire stay. They helped me get acclimated to the hotel and helped me to navigate around the city. I encountered a personal situation and Francesco was patient, understanding and extremely helpful. Wonderful person!
The most important thing is that the property is closer to termini train and easy access also walking distance to all directions, people say don’t stay in termini and area around the train but I do recommend it
All was ok
Good location and nice building
Elevator is bit small
Excellent staff , Great rooms and very Good location
Good breakfast. Clean room and bathroom.
Room was a little small. There was a kettle but no mugs.
The hotel has a fantastic location—right between the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain—and is easily walkable from Roma Termini without dealing with steep uphills, which was a big plus
One downside was that the shower water temperature became unstable if used for more than about 15 minutes
Great breakfast and comfortable beds. The staff was also great!!
first of all location, location, location is the most important. Public transportation is readily available and train station is walkable.
Rooms must have thin walls that you can hear the conversation from the next room and as soon as you open the windows street noise is very audible. My friends room in 311 smelled like sewer and 2x called for service to dissipate the smell. On their last night, they were told that the problem originated from the next room , With this already known problem ,the front desk should have already known the issue and that room (311) should have been blocked.
Location is very good as close to metro and railway station
Bath room is space enough but Shower room is too small
It was close and incentral location The breakfast was excellent
The shower was very poor
Everything, location, cleanliness, the staff.
The elevator stopped working several times and we were at the 5th floor. It got complicated
The hotel was very close to Termini train station and near all of the famous historical monuments. Good coffee and breakfast.
Location, comfortable rooms and great value for money.
Not too much common areas to sit and hang out, but not a big deal
The location wa perfect. The staff was so friendly, especially Saad. The room service was also done well. Everything was perfect!
