Torino Hotel

The location was great very close to the metro making it easy to get anywhere.

The timing for breakfast never worked for me I was out of the hotel before it started each day. Also the shower was very small and a tight fit.

Very dirty hotel. Molds in the room. This hotel is definitely not 4 start. It can¿t get even 1 star

Dirty room. Very bad mattress. It is like 100 years ago they bought the mattress.

Hard to get hot water. No maps available fir patrons Limited assistance with tourism questions. Desk staff appeared to be annoyed when I asked questions, including all three shifts. Precarious steps from patio into room

Old-fashioned, clean. Location close to train station.

Only one real terry-cloth towel, the other was what flat cotton like a dish cloth. Also, only one plastic cup made of very thin plastic. I need two cups, one for my teeth and one to drink. Fortunately I had my own porcelain cup.

Hot water took an age to come through in the bathroom.Everything else was good.

The toilet was not cleaned properly. The sheets were too small for the bed. The breakfast was average.

Location , it¿s just 2 short blocks from Termini Rome . Conveniently located for all major transportation in Rome . Nice hotel, comfortable rooms , staff super nice and professional , clean and safe . Very important for me being a female solo traveler.

I wished my room was located in a higher floor or in another side of the building, my was above a street restaurant/ bar and couple of nights I could hear the patrons loud voices . A bit annoying but nothing extreme , Once settled I was able to rest.

Super convenient location a few blocks from Termini Station. Furnishings were traditional but all felt clean, single bed, amazing water pressure in shower, small mini fridge and desk. Nice rooftop dining area, good buffet selection, and friendly staff.

Short flight of stairs into hotel and from check in to elevator, which is a pain w a suitcase. Room was super tiny (but had the essentials), had to do some creative opening and closing of doors/suitcase to maneuver door get in and out of room.

The view from the rooftop terrace was very nice.The breakfast was ok- would have liked a few more healthier options or variety. The location was fine in regards to walking to the main attractions, HOWEVER, the noise and constant honking was horrible.

Air Cond did not work after day 1. Employee that came to look at it was EXTREMELY RUDE told us to turn the switch up to cold-as if we didn't know how an AC worked. We went the rest of the trip with NO AC- a problem when cannot open windows due to NOISE.

Poor access for handicap wife, elevator was slow and room air was musty smelling , need to clean system.

Location was great, nice vibe, nice terrace for breakfast, it has everything you need- if it is working properly

Fridge was not working, staff were rude- staff said they would look into fixing fridge but no one came- the next day I was told to move to a room on the first floor if I wanted a working fridge. The room is small, but has everything you need.

I didn’t know there was a tax payment upon checking out? Tried looking it up in the reservations and thought full payment was completed?

The bed was slanted I fell off during the night
