The location and staff. The room was perfect and the bathroom look very clean and elegant.

The Colosseum is a 15-minute walk away. The Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon are a 22-23 minute walk away (you'll have to do a bit of climbing on the way). Termini train station and the airport transfer buses in front of the station are about a 10-minute walk away. The room and bathroom were quite spacious. There were no problems with cleanliness. It was also nice that there was a Carrefour supermarket right across from the hotel.

The building's historic elevator was interesting. However, it was taken out of service for cleaning in the morning, and since there was no other elevator available, going down four floors with my suitcase became a bit tiring.

The bedroom was clean and comfortable. The room also had air conditioning and a good view of the city. The bathroom was also very clean and warm. The staff were very helpful and very approachable.The location was very central and close by to the metro, and also with short walks to the main attractions and cafes/restaurants/supermarkets.Overall, would stay again. Great value for money.

Very helpful staff. Room and bathroom clean. The floor was quiet.

The staff were so helpful in getting us a place to stay last minute. The location is perfect: not too loud but still close to great shops and places to visit. Would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for cheaper places to stay that are still close to attractions!

Some of the rooms were a little small but it doesn't matter if you're using it just to sleep and spend the day out in Rome. Lots of stairs and a scary elevator.

Great location. Close to the train station and plenty of restaurants and small shops around.

That elevator is slooooooooooooow. The single room is very small but it's actually shown in the pictures. In retrospect I should maybe have upgraded to a double/twin.

It’s near to many things, within reach from the resto, 8mins walks to Roma Termini and 10-15 mins to Coloseo and other tourists spot

The split aircon could be improved

The front desk people were very friendly and nice. Always willing to help us for what we needed.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I know some prefer a firmer bed, but I diddnt enjoy them at all. Also the room was outdated. But you get what you pay for.

The room was really nice. The bathroom was great. No issues with anything. The housekeeping was on point. Always kept the room clean and restocked the bathroom with supplies. Bed was comfy. Having a kettle in the room was useful too, but I had to get my own instant coffee. They do not provide instant coffee sachets or tea bags. Also, since I traveled in December it was wonderful that the room was always well-heated. There is an air-con that I can turn on to heat the room, but I had the feeling that the room was already pre-heated because it was always warm even without the air-con. I think the air-con was there for extra warmth!

The elevator is old and broke down the day I had to check out. I was staying on the fifth floor and had to lug my huge suitcase down five flights of stairs. I called the front desk to ask for help and they said they were short-staffed so no one helped me.
