Pros +
- The hotel rooms are very clean, but too basic for a 3 star rating. Several restaurants and cafes near by to pour into after a long day site seeing.
- Good location !
- We liked the efficient and self controlled ac, elevator, the entrance door, the historical vibe, storage facilities, the street, location, hotel furniture, plants, and the gorgeous room key
Cons -
- You can check your bags with them. However they let anyone back in the storage area unsupervised and my bag was stolen.
- The rooms are straight from 1970s Europe. Outdated, matlese and pancake flat pillows on twin beds. 2 out of 3 of the receptionist were pretty rude, not an ounce of hospitality. The gentleman who was there on checkout was very helpful and nice.
- I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service during my stay at your hotel. I believe the staff should be more welcoming and responsible toward the guests.Unfortunately my experience was disappointing. In the morning i was unable to even have a simple coffee. When i asked one i was informed that i had to pay 10€ for the breakfast i clearly explained that i only wanted a coffee but the response i received was that this is the hotel policy.Personally i work in the hotel industry and from my professional experience guest should always be offered basic hospitality and service . Rigidly adhering to policies without flexibility or consideration does not reflect good customer service.I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve the approach of your staff to ensure a better experience for future guests.

small bathroom
Especially the location. Reception people were kind and helpful.
On one occasion we tried hotel's breakfast, and unfortunately it was not good. Also was charged two meals although only my daughter had the breakfast.
Location. And it’s clean.
Parking, it’s too expensive!!! ??
Nice staff, very welcoming. The location for me is ok - 15 minutes away from Termini although a bit further away from the central sites which I personally like; there are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby which is perfect.
Location
Bathroom,hot water and room size
No hot water in the bathroom in the evening for 2 nights
The stuff was helpful , the location good, the place clean, the street nice.
The room was small for us, it had only 1 chair (we were 4). The elevator's too small as well - not so comfortable to get to the room with the suitcases.
Clean. Good location.
Was very loud outdoors, but shutting the windows helped on the first night. AC wouldn’t work on the second night and desk attendant didn’t understand or come to fix the issue.
Comfy beds!Aircon was absolutely brilliant and quiet at night as well. Lovely room size - spacious and was great to have a balcony as well.
We didn’t have a kettle in the room which is just something I’m used to having but is an observation, not a problem! The shower enclosure was a bit ugly and black around the seals - that could just easily be replaced & freshened up & it was a little odd to have the loo right outside the shower so not much room to get out! But no major problem essentially.
Really nice neighborhood, clean hotel and located near termini. Staff was very helpful.
great location. clean room
hot water could be better
The hotel was located a little far off the sites, but close enough to public transportation that it was great. Lots of little restaurants and places to eat. Friendly staff and large rooms.
configuration of bathroom a little odd.
We got a quad room with 4 twin beds. It was a good size. There is a great pizza place right next door. And coffee bars & a small grocery store close by. It also has an elevator. The air conditioner worked very well.
It seemed a little far from the places we visited. The Trevi Fountain was the closest.
Staff were very kind. They let us to check in earlier, which was a big help on a rainy day with a toddler. Thank you! Nice and clean hotel. I would stay there again.
We loved it here. We would definitely stay here again. It was comfortable, the staff were great and very accommodating. Walking distance to everything. We were able to leave our baggage before check in and after checking out as we continued our trip in Rome.
Not complaining, breakfast is continental and as long as you know you’re getting that, that’s fine. I knew it anyway. But some may expect more, just saying.
Location was good to move around and also for food options. Breakfast options were very bad. They were bland and just very less of options. Hardly anyone ate there - we relaized it after getting in there for the breakfast.
Front-office staff were a bit rigid to answer simple questions and clarifications.
Very traditional in good location
I paid extra for the breakfast but it wasn’t very good
