It’s not a hotel, it’s like a small kind of old hostel, you’re not really treated as hotel guest. No one picked up luggage to room No coffee/water in room (just empty) Strict on checkout process

Close to shopping. Staff very friendly. Lovely building. Elevator small.

The location are nearly to the station, easy to walk and travel by bus

The hotel did not provide electric kettle but staffs are very helpful so you can ask for hot water instead

I did not really like very much about this place. The Hotel was decently located for the train station, but a bit of a walk from some of the main sights but that was ok. The staff were reasonably friendly.

Really poor standard of room. Plaster was cracked, dirty scuff marks all over the wall, pain peeling of the walls. The TV was unplugged, I think deliberately. The moment I plugged it in, and used it (even a volume 10 of 100) I was asked to turn it off by the staff as the walls were so thin. I would not recommend this place.

Good location for train station. Breakfast was reasonable value.

First room I was given had clean bathroom but the rest of room had not been cleaned … rubbish on bedsides and sheets not changed. I informed reception and was given another room with a muttered ‘sorry’. I accept things happen and it was likely due to miscommunication between housekeeping staff. The next room had clean sheets and bathroom but the skirting boards and walls were dirty and the room just felt grubby. Shower was tiny with a shower curtain that I refused to close as the space was so small it would be touching me. There was also a piece missing from the shower fittings. I have no issue with rooms looking ‘tired’ or ‘dated’ but this was more than that. I was due to spend another night here before I fly home but I have cancelled. It should be said the other room types on the website look lovely so maybe for couples or groups the experience might be better.

Room was basic but totally ok.The location is prime! Just few minutes walk from Termini train station.Several dinner options around in a safe neighbourhood.

Room large and spacious, if not a little rustic. The decor and furnishings seemed a little dated but did not disrupt my stay. Breakfast was fine, not exceptional, but the service of one or two staff members was great!

The bedroom though large felt somewhat dated.

Great location and loved the 2 tier room!

My son said sofa bed was a little hard to sleep on

Ten minutes from the train station and easy bus access. Comfortable if a little tired. Nice staff and great to have a little garden.

Next to Roma Termini for a fair price, especially for Rome standards / Room was clean / Receptionist was nice

The place has seen better times and the room, although clean, feel slightly run down. Thin walls let you hear what happens in other rooms - not ideal when a group of adolescents also stays at the hotel.

Beautiful classical building just 5 mins walk from Rome Termini station. Lovely helpful staff. The bathroom we had was very clean.

A lot of street noise (you’ll need earplugs!) and really uncomfortable rock-hard beds, and the only pillow was also rock solid. Weird bath towels are like drying-uo cloths, so not much use as towels.

Needs an update. No coffee making possibility, toilet: we had to slide under the sink and taler person wouldn’t be able to use it. Shower: curtain closes half way through the bath and it felt uncomfortable and short of space even to soap up.

Fantastic location, plenty of local restaurants, 5 mins walk to the train station. The staff were very friendly, the hotel was spotlessly clean, rooms spacious , quiet & lovely bathroom.

We liked pretty much everything! Lack of plug sockets in the room, but we just unplugged the tv & used that instead.

Staff were excellent! It was so nice to be greeted each time we came in. Location close to Termini worked well and we were able to walk to all the places we wanted to see (although we do like to walk ).

Hotel is a bit … weary. Beds were not very comfortable (but the pillows were). They did not have any irons for safety reasons so could not iron clothes . Walls are thin.

It was very near the Roma Termini train station. City tours are available just at the station making the hotel even more convenient to stay at. The staff were all nice. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I was also able to leave my luggage in their storage for free.

The bathroom had a couple of issues. Blocked shower drain & a rocky toilet. The door to our room was difficult to lock.

Very convenient location, helpful professional staff and nice garden. I felt safe.

The room had no reading lights and not enough conveniently placed power points for phone charging. I was on the street level so it was noisy early in the mornings with noisy tourists and their trolleys. The breakfast was not very tempting. I would have linde some fresh fruit.
