Hotel was in a great location and staff is real nice....

The rooms were ancient and more of a 3 star hotel...

The location was superb and the price was good.

The mattress was well used and did not provide much support. The internet, while complementary, could certainly used a boost in speed. The bathroom (particularly the shower) was small and a moth magically appeared out of nowhere on the last night of stay.

This hotel is not 4 star, it's at most 2 stars. Bathtub was blocked and I had to change the room, but the bathtub was also blocked in the other room. The bed was a spring bed and it was so uncomfortable because the springs were touching my bones.

Room was nasty, hot, and food was not great. Its dated from 1903 Italy. Maybe 2 star.

Not a 4 start, mold on the walls of the room and filthy public spaces.

Everything beginning with the fact that it is promoted to be a 4 star hotel and is priced as such. That sets a level of expectation this hotel does not and cannot meet. It works hard to even be a 3 star hotel yet we were conned into paying for a 4 star.

Definitely not a 4-star hotel. Everything was run down, slightly broken and neglected.

Excellent location to everything, organising a taxi when needed wasn't a problem and taxi's are fairly priced loved our stay

The rooms were clean, and the staff were helpful. The breakfast options were good, perhaps they could be improved for those who prefer savory options (many sweet options are available).After all, we found everything we were looking for.

The hotel was a perfect location, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great lots of selection. But the highlight of the hotel is the staff. Especially Valeria! From the second we arrived until we left she could not of been more helpful or knowledgable. We will definitely return and our family will be booking too.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was kind and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city on foot or by public transport. Overall, the hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and good facilities.

There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Our room was facing the main street, so there was some noise, although it wasn’t very disturbing for us.The biggest issue was the temperature control in the room. After a long day of sightseeing, we returned to find the windows left open by housekeeping, and the room was very cold. We could not adjust the temperature ourselves, which is not acceptable for a 4-star hotel. We contacted the reception and they adjusted it for us, but the room remained quite cold that evening. Similarly, the hot water in the shower was not hot enough.Breakfast was also disappointing, as there was no meat available, only some fish. While there were fruits, bakery products, and a few vegetables, the overall selection did not meet expectations for a 4-star hotel.

Reception staff all amazing, cannot do enough for you. Hotel was spotless, 10 mins walk from train station and close to all attractions. Breakfast was limited (meat free) but we did know this so wasnt unexpected.

Coffee machine wasnt great, would have liked some fresh coffee and bread for breakfast.

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was incredibly attentive, warm and welcoming. Value in comparison to other Rome Hotels.
