Surly rooftop bartender who seem to reeeaaally hate his job.

Location to Rome Termini train station

Room was very hot, even after staff came to look, a/c never worked.

Kind front desk staff, bellman who stored luggage. Amazing room, and the best shower pressure. Location of hotel to train station and nearby restaurants was excellent. 15 min walk to Colliseum and other city adventures.

The roof top garden and breakfast buffet were great. The location was also very good close to many restaurants and sites.

It was noisy outside street level.

Hotel Diana is in a perfect location. It is within walking distance of Roma Termini and the main historical sites. The continental breakfast was great as well, and many restaurants near by. For those staying longer there is also a laundromat not far.

Elevator was slow and there's only one, but, there are stairs if you choose to walk Some rooms are not remodeled and those rooms are very dated. The remodeled rooms are more than adequate AC wasn't working (could only turn on the heat)

The location was close to different types of transportation and free breakfast.

Room dirty upon arrival and smelled of sewage. Safe lock needed to be fixed. Sink was clogged entire trip. Room was hot and you can¿t adjust. Should not have more than 3-star rating! Beware you will need to pay additional taxes at the end of your stay!

Not a real 4 star hotel. Very poor service. Staff are rude and uninterested. Rooms are very small and unclean.

It was close to transportation. We loved the shower!

The wait times for the elevator as I believe there was only one.

The air conditioning is TURNED OFF FROM 3AM-7AM, so the room was insanely hot. Managements solution: ¿open the window, it¿s much quieter at night.¿ The room is dated, the bathroom is very odd layout, and there is only 1 slow elevator to the ground floo

Had an older vibe but seemed like floors and many features recently replaced. Located close to the Roma Termani station, which is a shady area but was convenient. The rooftop bar is gorgeous and the complimentary breakfast was very nice.

The walls/windows were not well insulated such that you could hear all of the street noise outside.

Location was convenient, free breakfast spread, and little terrace for room.

Bathroom was a little small.

The location was perfect. Near public transportation. Staff was great. Breakfast offering was everything you could ask for on a trip. Would recommend this venue for visitors to Rome.

The shower/tub set up was rather tight. Shower head very low. Small tub and enclosure. A shower was a real challenge!!

Beautiful views from our room and the restaurant. Great free breakfast every morning. Fresh pastries made that morning are fabulous. I would go back again if I ever went back but the terrible traffic would stop me from going again.

Their bath towels were dish towels, they need some towel fabric but they still worked.

Very small rooms, the toilet and the sink were way to close to one another. Didn't get any sleep because of all the construction work at night.
