Hotel Infinito - Gruppo BLAM HOTELS

The staff was wonderful, especially the girl who sets up breakfast! It was very quiet, easy to access other parts of town via metro, and a comfortable place to relax after a day exploring Rome.

Great front of hotel staff and very clean

Host at the front desk always had a smile and kind words in the mornings. Facilities were nice. Room was overall small but nicely laid out.

Beds are uncomfortable! No comforters so you will freeze your ass off. There was absolutely no WiFi !!!! I lost a night of work due to that problem & reception didn’t do shit about it.

Location is great if you are planning on day trips from Rome because the metro station is close. Breakfast was basic but was as advertised and expected. Choices of pastries was good. Coffee machine broke down for 2 days but staff were great at getting a coffee pod machine as temporary replacement. Staff were very professional and friendly. Very nice people.

Room size was quite small but typical of a lot of places. Managed to find room to fit everything.

- A bit far from the center, but there is public transport nearby (I just like to walk everywhere and could definitely feel it every night)- Shower was really small

Property was not too far away from the train station and buses. Was a good sized room for the price. Good facilities. Was nice to have breakfast provided for free, very kind of the owner.

The property was not in the safest location. We continuously heard the entrance door slam during all hours of the night, which could be easily fixed with some soft close. Heard other visitors as well from our room at night.

The staff were lovely

The bed was very small- not large enough for a couple! The room was extremely loud- as soon as someone entered the hotel you could clearly hear everything in the room - which made sleeping very difficult! The bathroom smelt gross too- even with leaving the windows open as much as possible. The hotel has clearly been repainted to look new- but everything is very much old! The heatpump was also too loud to leave on and it was hot!

Close to bus and train station. Very nice and quiet place, nice small room, very clean. Stuff always heplfull.

Hotel staff lovely, lovely little breakfast offered to the guests, room was clean, nearby a local metro station, terrace was lovely and was a nice stay.

Positive- good location, 5 min walk to metro station- staff was fine- free breakbast (croissants and coffee -not in a good quality btwNegative- Very small rooms - 7-8 m2- very small shower- very uncomfortable and very small bed- you can hear everything, it is not soundproof. We woke up at night because of noice several times- no elevator- rooms are not same with photos

The first time we were accommodated on the 1st floor in a room right next to the cleaning staff room - it was unbearably noisy! I do not recommend it to anyone!We asked to move us to another room - the staff was accommodating and we moved to the 2nd floor to a bright pink room. The noise there was much quieter.The hotel has a very responsive and friendly staff - this is a big plus. Also, breakfast was included: fresh croissants, panettone, coffee, tea - all very tasty.The hotel has a great location on a quiet street lined with orange trees.

Nice staff, easy access

2 beds next to each other to make a big bed is not comfortable and not what we asked for, the beds were always falling apart. Really small douche cabinet and the toilet didn’t flushed properly.The walls are really thin you could hear everything from the hall.

The room was complete and had hot water in the shower. Ok for a few nights.

I found the room very small, as well as the bed. For a couple it is quite tight, it is a more ideal room for one person. The acoustics weren't very good either, we could always hear when someone arrived or left the hotel.
