- good quality for price. Close to metro station
Cons -
- Limited public space but adequate
- Beware that since it is an old building it can get very cold during winter. The room was quite cold during the night and sadly the AC unit inthe room did not menage to warm it up.
- room was a bit small, but we didn't mind.

Staff were fantastic.
Limited public space but adequate
Great location right next to the metro station which makes commuting easy and only 10 minutes to Vatican and about 17 min to historical center. Friendly and helpfull staff. Excelent value for money. Beware of the 6 euros per person per night city tax and account it in the final price.

Wonderful staff and beautiful lobby. Very clean, nice shower and close to train. It was gated in a way that made me feel extra secure. What really stands out is the wonderful customer service.
room was a bit small, but we didn't mind.
Amazing interior design, lovely staff, close to the metro a few stations from vatican, airport shuttle is close as well.
The bed was a bit hard.
Wow! Amazing hotel. It is like staying in an art gallery. Love the concept. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Room spacious and comfortable with good facilities! And only a 5 minute walk to the nearest Metro station.
Very well connected calm area, welcoming staff
Place very convenient with the public transportation and the house super clean and very nice. Also the owner super friendly
Love everything there

room was a bit small, but we didn't mind.
In budget room and very good staff most the man at reception was very sweet and helpful
Proximity to the metro
Cold, smelly pull out sofabed, which was rather uncomfortable
The receptionist I don’t know exactly his name it was AAlbert or Alerb asian man He was really helpful and polite and the room was clean enough big and historical Im really happy and If I have a chance to come to Rome again, for 100% I would book this hotel. Thank you guys! See you
Excellent location, staff, rooms etc! loved ittt only thing is maybe have complimentary water/coffee. And staff 24/7 just for ease of communication. Overall great value for money and stay!
Very clean, close to the metro, affordable and the staff very gentle and respectful
Good room, fine service, price
No cattle, no microwave, you need to ask for cups or plates on reception, no toothpaste. But what really I did not enjoy is that I forgot a hat in the hotel, wrote to them 10 minutes after checkout and nobody still did not reply.
Very clean, close to the metro, affordable and the staff very gentle and respectful
The hotel is very charming and the room was clean and big enough. It was also very silent.
The location is very remote. I didn’t see anything interesting nearby, except one good gelateria. Luckily there’s a big supermarket next to the hotel if you need to buy some essentials. The thing I had most problem with was the electric gates. You need to pass two gates to gate in to the hotel. No matter which way I put my key on the reader I couldn’t get the gates open. Never. I always had to wait that the staff comes to help. It was annoying.
The receptionist was very helpful and friendly .
Overall it was OK, but the room lacks facilities while the sheets , curtains are quiet very old ...I found the room different then what it shows on booking.
